I just updated the theme at Disdads.com
I'd love to hear what people think. I can still switch back to the old theme, but I think we're better off not using iconic Disney characters all over the site.

Hey Aaron: Just checked out the new design. I think the top line above the logos needs to be removed, seems a little redundant to me. Maybe put a gray color, or the light blue from the logo, as a backgorund down the right side column. You may want to also box out the categories in that same right column. They kinda just run together.

Sorry, with a degree in multimedia/wed design, I hope I didnt look into it too far.

loooooong season ahead. thank god the bench can hit the ball. theres been alot of hitting going on from these less then great teams that there playing.but you if want to look at it as 7-2, keep the dream alive!! now your eagle want to get rid of kobb. they have change everything but the coach and still getting know were. im no rocket scientist but, i think its time for andy to say good bye. the only other coach in sports that can loss and blow as many games as he does i think is the coach of the generals, the team the harlem globe trotters play.but at least my tax's built them all new stadiums. dont want them drunken eagles fans going to a sub par stadium.

Well...did the same thing...but me and the kids were actually taking DW out to see HOP.

Tomorrow is her B-day...so we took her out for an evening of shopping...a meal and a movie today...since tomorrow will be school...work...homework...etc.

How age appropriate is it? Would it be ok for 6 year olds in your opinion?

Aaron...I like it. I see what everyone is talking about the "too white" comments. maybe some type of faded background...and some framing around articles?

Morning Duck and everyone else. Hope ya'll had a splendid weekend. I wish you could hold the weatherman responsible for false advertisers when he predicts sunny warm days and you get cold rainy days instead.

I got motivated and to fix our mailbox and post, They had faded from shiny black to hazy grey with rust spots. Unfortunately the paint color was a little off so its still grey. It was the equivalent of spending a week repainting a car only to have it turn out that instead of black paint you were using primer grey.
Oh well that'll teach me to try and improve our house..

How age appropriate is it? Would it be ok for 6 year olds in your opinion?

Well...the only part I can think of that one might have issue with is....When the bunny first arrives in Hollywood he tries to get into the Playboy mansion...doesn't get in...he's like...

"But the guide map says it's a home for cute and sexy bunnies."

And of course David Hasslehoff make an appearance...that might be too scary.

Aaron. A couple people have commented about the white at the top of the banner. I am at a conference this week. If I can find some time I'll play around with the templates and see if I can collapse that line at the top.

Hey...I just noticed...only 2 months on my ticker until I'm not going to Disney World.

Trennr your animated gif post inspired me to pull down GIMP and teach myself how to make them too.

At first I tried it using some website. (bad idea. It didn't make a real animated gif and it linked to provacative pictures of girls, when you clicked on the image you created.)

I had the exact opposite. Weatherman predicted 80° and sunny until 2pm, then sever thunderstorms. We planned the entire day around being out side until mid afternoon, then using all that rainy time to do the stuff we needed to do inside the house. Well, the sunny and warm lasted all afternoon and into the evening. Not a drop of rain until 11:45pm. That was a Beverly of an afternoon - longing glances out the window, wishing I could be out there enjoying the first really nice day of the year.
