That is awesome that she was able to get on the show and particpate. She did a great job! You should be very proud!:cool1:

Good segment. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

:thumbsup2 that was great!!!! i tell ya, these dr.s get all the kissin!!!:lmao: she did a great job. i would of stood up, looked at the camera, and sat back down or passed out.:lmao: excellent job!:thumbsup2

Yes, I'm very proud of her. She's made for that kind of stuff. Her facebook page has been blowing up this evening. I don't know if I mentioned this before, but a few years ago she was this close to being a contestant on Deal Or No Deal. I would have much preferred she get on that show. Howie probably wouldn't have let her kiss him and we could have won a few hundred grand..

She seemed very natural in front of the camera, I would have been really nervous. Good job :thumbsup2

In the words of Marty Brennaman...

And this one belongs to the REDS!

Thank you, Ramon Hernandez. Nothing like a walk off win on opening day!
I caught the last inning on the radio as I was driving the kids to swimming lessons. I'm not a Brewer fan, but being only 30 minutes from the stadium, I do follow them fairly closely. But I tell you what, I would listen to Bob Uecker call a game any day of the week.

I agree with you about uecker.
I am sorry that i have not gotten on in weeks but getting back into the swing of thing after our trip was rough.
Our WDW trip was great!!!!! We did many things that we had never done befor, DD6 did all 4 mountains several times and TOT. The only thing that she could not ride was RR. I had so much fun showing her the rides and spending that time with her. I made it a mpiont to spend some alone time with DD8 so that she did not think that I was just thef to spend time with her sister. We had a blast and are so sad to be home. Both girls have said at least once a day that they wish we were still there. Having girls we spent a lot of time on the princesses and actually seeing every one including the 2 new ones and mulan(the hardest one to see). We made some new friends at epcot while saving our spots for the fireworks. All in all i would say our best trip EVER!!!!!!

Mirroring, you can buy a av adapter from the apple store. It allows you to plug a hdmi into iPad 2 then plug it into your tv. It does not work on the regular iPad! Anything audio and or video displayed on iPad 2 will be displayed on the tv.:thumbsup2

This is what it looks like!!

That's what I thought you were using...just thought there might be some new wireless way of screen sharing.

Thanks!

Awesome. Good to hear. And that is one brave little girl you've got there. I couldn't get mine on to Space Mountain. Did she go on EE?

Sorry to hear the awesomeness had to end, but glad you made it back home safely! We weren't home 30 minutes last time when my DD6 announced "Everyone back in the car, we're going back to Disney!"

Is there a wirless version where you could say go to another room in the house and still watch TV on the iPad2?

HAHA!!!! It is snowing here too! :lmao::lmao:

It would be cool to do a Yankee Stadium DIS DADs meet!!!!! :thumbsup2

Sorry but I will pass. I might be in if it was SWB Yankess game, because I enjoy going to that stadium.

Congrats Doc.... 800 Posts!!!!!:cool1::thumbsup2

Congrats Doc.

BTW, this is my first post from my new laptop. I got myself a HP Pavilion with 4g of ram, a 1 terabyte drive, and 17.3" screen. Guess I better enjoy before the wife sees it.

Wife is having a B-day in 11 days...and I'm drawing a blank for gift ideas...when I ask...she has no ideas either.

OWNAGE
Didn't we just have that conversation on either DDC VI or VII? They all run together.

Anyway, the obvious gift choice would be a vacuum cleaner!:thumbsup2

I would love to listen to Bob Uecker, but I don't think I could take him too seriously. I'd always be waiting for the "just a bit outside" line.:lmao:

**Yawn**....man you guys are yakkin' it up somethin' fierce in this here thread...

I've actually had to work down here for a change:lmao::lmao:

Cool Rock Iguanas and Banana rats though, but I'm ready to be off Island Time and back to regular programming....

I guess I should enjoy being in the center of the Beisbol universe for opening day....CUBA!!!!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

The only way I know that you can watch tv on it is if you have Time Warner cable. They supposedly have an app now that allows you to watch live tv while connected to a wireless network using their high speed network.

I have been hearing something about this new function called AirPlay that is coming that might allow some wireless video sharing.

Yes we did it early in the day after we were off i asked her if she wated to go again as i had 2 more FP's. She sai maybe when she was a teenager so i gave my passes away to passersby. We were closing the park and on our way out when she asked me if we could go again. We had 30min and the wait time was 25 (checked withthe app) when we got there we walked right on and she had a blast. She did every ride and wanted more. I couldn't be prouder:cool1:. I did get my DW and DD8 on splash Mt. They both loved it but that is the limit for both. We did Small world 3x:sick: but they liked it. Weeven did hauted mansion 2x to my suprise DD8 is senstive to those types of things,we even have trouble with the 4D shows. We did finally do fantaz:wizard: and they all loved it. We cant wait for our next trip.
