I am so excited! it works great the keyboard is little but better than the screen!.. my wife really is the greatest!
I really would have paid $50 more if they would have put the skins on the case! aaaaahhhhhh! It is like tinting a window.. I tried to tint my charger when I was 16. scraped it all off and paid a guy to do it! but the skin looks great and the keyboard works great!

I'm doing the Ultimate Driving Experience with the Richard Petty folks down at Daytona International Speedway....Oh man, have I been looking forward to this since I booked it last year...

I had my choice to do it there or Disney, but I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to drive that fast on Daytona International Speedway!!!

I was thinking it would be cool to get some window decals in the Dis Dad logo so if we are ever driving we could easily identify a member (not to be used by FED for profiling). Has anyone tried making one yet, or know where to get one made?

Hmmmm... I need to check with my print shop... might have something there.

I can't wait to hear about this! I have been wanting to try the Driving Experience for years! There is one in Charlotte that is not to far from me but I want to try the one at Disney first. I can't help it I'm a DISNEY FANANTIC!

IT geeks assemble...got a IE8 question...

OK since my IT has moved us to IE8 for our browser standard...being we were stuck on IE6 for years...until finally...just before IE9 is released...we get moved to IE8.

Well now everytime I try to look at the Walt Disney World web site all I get is a bunch of text on the left...some overlaps and you cannot even read it.

I've played with the compatability mode stuff...made sure my flash player is up to date...but still I get garbage.

The Disney Parks site is good...Disneyland...Paris...Japan...Hong Kong...Aulani...all good...

WDW site is jumbled text/links. Any ideas?

Is there a particular web page you are trying to see? Or just disney.go.com?

To most residents of this state, that would have constituted nemesis talk, but I suspected you were just trying to see if I was paying attention (which is why I typed that particular response with my tongue planted firmly in my cheek). One of the benefits of living here is that you have no choice but to develop a fairly thick skin. A trait that is extremely useful in many, many situations.

(Besides, you’ve already got a nemesis or two, so there’s no need to pile on.)

It's an interesting gesture, but not actually legally enforceable. The 27th Amendment to the Constitution does not allow for the salary of a Congressperson to vary, until one election-cycle after that Congress' election:

"No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened."

So even if they don't "take" pay, the Treasury has to pay them. I guess they could donate it back, to be applied against the Federal deficit. But I doubt any of them will actually do that.

My first thought was: “Leave it to an elected official to sound magnanimous while making a pointless gesture.”

But then I thought about it a little more and decided rather instead to ask the question: “Hummm… Just how many of our elected officials do you suppose are actually aware or even understand that they just made a pointless gesture?” I fear that the answer to that one will likely trouble me more then the thought itself.
