Don't get Christopher started... or this thread could be closed by the end of the week! :lmao:
True.. ::yes::

I'll give it another shot... doesn't hurt to ask, right? :thumbsup2
Go for it!

Who knows... maybe we will have to set up our own forum on disdads.com? :rolleyes:

Oh c'monTim, don't be such a big baby! We've "only" averaged 7.7 pages per day, or 115 posts per day on this thread. :lmao: at that rate we have about 10 days remaining, but no doubt less... especially once we get to 230ish
Who you calling a baby? Have you been over to Don's thread today? :lmao::lmao:

I'm glad you broke it down for me... you made me feel so much better! :lmao::lmao:

I may be a baby, but I'm not a BIG baby.... :sad2::sad2:

Me either! :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Welcome Matt! I'll be happy to take any free samples of your John Deere product off your hands. How about a zero turn mower? :thumbsup2

Free samples are hard to come by but we would love to sell you one!:thumbsup2

Thanks for the welcomes looks like a fun place to be!

Thanks alot, why must all of us be punished ! ! it's a small world after all... .. Do you know how hard it is to concentrate now..It's a small, small . it was bad enough with just voices, but now I have a song in my head at the same time as all the voices.... world ! !

Sorry, I guess I should have just sent a PM to Don. :rotfl2:

We were too slow. Or Andy eats his lunch at his desk.

If you look there was an hour and 5 minutes between posts. I get an hour for lunch but actually only took about 45 min today.

By the way... I listened to the rest of the podcast during lunch. Once again, great job guys!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Well, you can mutli-quote all you want... just don't multi-quote... :lmao::lmao: Sorry... couldn't resist.

You are right... I shouldn't mutli-quote! I can get reamed out like this guy did:

Maverick you just did an incredibly brave thing. What you should have done was LAND YOUR PLANE! You don't own that plane, the taxpayers do. Son your ego is writing checks your body can't cash. You've been busted - lost your qualifications as section leader three times! Put in Hack twice - by me. With a history of high speed passes over five air control towers, and one admiral's daughter!

- Was that Penny Benjamin?

And you, A@!@!@!. You're lucky to be here!

Thank you sir!

And lets face it, Maverick, your family name aint the best IN THE NAVY. You gotta be doing it better, and cleaner than the other guy. Now what is it with you?

Just want to serve my country and be the best fighter pilot in the Navy Sir!

Don't screw around with me Maverick. You're one hell of an instinctive pilot. Maybe too good. I'd like to bust your but but i can't. I got another problem here. I gotta send someone from this squadron to Miramar. I gotta do something, you know, I still, I still can't believe it. I gotta give you your dream shot. I gotta send you up against the best. You two characters, are going to Top Gun! For five weeks you'll be flying against the best fighter pilots in the world. Cougar was number one, you guys were number two. Cougar lost it, turned in his wings. You guys are number one! But remember this. You screw up, just this much, and you'll be flying a cargo plane full of rubber dog S%$ outta Hong Kong. That is all. You can tell me about the MIG some other time....And Gentlemen....Godd luck, Gentlemen.

Thank you Sir Thank you

I typically do not do that. I always want to use that hour to get the heck away from the office. I did eat at my desk last Thursday and Friday because I could see the TV from my desk and I didn't want to miss any of the tournament action.

I get away when I can - love to definitely - but when I don't, I eat quickly and then leave early. Unlike you, work goes with me , and getting outearly is a fine substitute, especially since I often need to do stuff at home after the kids are in bed.

For the most part, this is the same with me. I can make my own schedule, so I try and eat at my desk and work.... or read this panel which ever one has my interest..... more often then not it's been this panel

I ride a vanpool and live 30 minutes from the office, so I'm stuck at the desk most days. Maybe that's why my keyboard has all these crumbs stuck in it.

Yeah, I used to have a more flexible schedule before I took this job. I guess that's some of the trade off. I can't be as flexible about when I come and go, but I know I get to sleep in my own bed every night and I don't have to take any work home. I guess both ways have their advantages. Sometimes I miss the flexibility, but I don't miss getting the Christmas card from Holiday Inn Express every year thanking me for being in the top 1% of their customers for the year.:rotfl2:

Trade-offs there are, definitely.
