Who said anything about stopping??? It just means everyone else has to bring their A game.

Okay! I'll just slow down.

And, in case anyone is keeping track, that's Three in a row!

Hey Don, still doing P90X?

I think I'm going to start doing a few of the workouts without the DVD's now. I'm just going to use the chart to do the Chest and Back workout tonight while I have some basketball on TV.

 Okay I'll stop.

Hey, Scott, when are you going down? I noticed your ticker. We're there from the 15-23rd of April

Actually, my wife and kids go to Daytona Beach each year for Spring Break with her sister and parents...(I know...vacation with the in-laws ) Actually it's pretty fun.

So we have some R&R in a condo on the beach....but have always gone down to Magic Kingdom for a day during the week. It actually started 3 years ago when our local band was at MK performing and we went and saw them.

So we'll be at MK on the 19th of April.

I'm lobbying for a full week at WDW in lieu of the beach next year (and I think I'm gaining support :cool1:)

I have two daughters that love anything Disney - especially Princesses! (of course)

Taco Bell?

Barry you owe me a new monitor.

Me, too! :rotfl2:

Okay! I'll just slow down.

And, in case anyone is keeping track, that's Three in a row!

And I thought you were going to be working on your T-shirt design!
Mine is on its way to NJ. Should be here by the 17th!

The Blues have their first official airshow tomorrow, out in El Centro, CA. Today is media day so I'm really hoping for at least one photo of my son to show up on FB. Yesterday, they did a show for a bunch of kids and they took a lot of photos. Fly safe, Blues! HOOYAH!

It can do some damage, can't it :rotfl2:

It is hard to keep up with you guys. I have to read 5-10 pages every time I come back. As I'm reading, I always find something in the middle that I can comment on (example: taco bell), but there is so much chatter 2 or 3 people have already said what I would have said.:confused3 Stay out of my mind! :rotfl: It's creepy!:scared1:

Generally, Friday afternoon news is bad news, but today I have some good news to share.

My dad just called on his way home from the Oncologist. He's been enrolled in a placebo-controlled trial of MDV-3100 (anytime your drug doesn't have a name yet, that's usually not a good sign). But on his bone scan today, his cancer has regressed, and his lymph nodes are clear! That means that he is likely getting the drug (not the placebo) and that it is working (for now)

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers!

Chris

That is awesome news Chris.:cool1::cool1:
Your family must be so happy.

I am new to DISboards, but not to WDW. While perusing this site, I did notice the overall lack of testosterone. I am grateful to have found this little sanctuary.

So about me and mine....

I am 26, the wife is 28, and my amazing son is 3 (Yes, he gets his awesomeness from me). My wife is a teacher, and I am an Infantryman in the Army. I am currently in Afghanistan, and trying to plan a trip to WDW in October, when I get home. It is very difficult to plan a trip to WDW, let alone trying to do so in a third world country.

I have been going to WDW at least once a year since I was 4 or 5. I have seen and done a lot of it, although not all of it. My wife went one time before she met me, as part of a cheer leading program. Our first experience together, we stayed off site, about 40mins away from Disney, because we were broke. Actually, I was broke, she was a poor teacher. I joined the Army after that, and used my signing bonus for our honeymoon (we actually got married several months before going, but our schedules wouldn't allow us to do a proper honeymoon). We stayed at CBR, which was awesome. Since then, we've gone back twice. Once after my last deployment, we stayed at the Beach Club. And last year right before I deployed this time. We stayed off site at my dad's time share with the rest of our family on that side.

Our next trip we will be going in October, after I get back. It actually works out nicely, because I have never done the FWF. And it will be my birthday :D Bonus! The wife said I could do the drinking around the world. I am very excited.

:welcome: Emma's Dad should be around soon to assign you a membership number. With the pace that this thread is moving, you might want to drop him a PM to let him know that you posted here, so he doesn't miss it.

Welcome!

October is a great time to go! The weather is typically beautiful and the crowds are generally light. Try to go to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party if your son can stay up that late. Its very cool. Stay safe!

Woo-hoo! Thanks for posting up the DisDad podcast logo for use. Ended up snagging it and linking the URL to the iTunes listing for the cast. Looking forward to the second episode and to hopefully contribute at some time.
