My son has not got into pin trading yet, he gets a kick out of collecting Tranportation Trading Cards, we have 1 full set, missing 4 to complete the 2nd, and many extras, It's kind of a challenge to get them, since everyone on the transportation line does not have them, but when he scores one it's like he won the lottery:goodvibes Plus they are free:woohoo:

He is also into the pressed pennies, it's amazing that he know's what ones he already has:confused3

Carl, we will be going to SP in the next month to change our paper pass to a reg pass before we go to BG next month, maybe we can catch dinner at one of the resturants or fast food places in the area:confused3

No, H-E-double hockey sticks has not frozen over. But I did finally update my trip report with a new chapter! I know it's not much to be reporting about, but if you knew how swamped I am work and home - then you would understand the fanfare. :lmao:

Even though the pictures were not shot with my new DSLR, I used Adobe Lightroom on them to start some post-processing techniques. I hope you like them. :)

(The link to my TR is in my signature below) <--- shameless plug.

(Heck, who am I kidding... this whole POST is a shameless plug, huh?) :rotfl2:

:lmao: check up. hes was busting my chops. :lmao:

That's what I figured! ;)

tree? heck a few years ago there were houses, cars, shed you name it floating down past the easton bridge. one of my clients lives on the deleware on the pa side. his house is on the second floor and he has a 5 car garage under it. times like this, take the cars to the inlaws and he has garage doors on all sides, he opens up all the doors and lets the river flow through.

My uncle lives on the Jersey side near Harmony. He has a house with a large empty space for the first floor with huge doors that open on the north and south to let the Delaware flow through during times like this. I know our septic system has taken a pounding the past 2 or 3 weeks.

Pin trading is one thing I have NEVER understood...what is the attraction of it??:confused3

We found that pin trading is an excellent way to practice and reinforce social (conversational skills). We stumbled into it our first trip, but later found that on the disAbilities thread, parents rave about it as a scripted and safe way to do real world social skill training (with back and forth conversations). If you have a child on the autistic spectrum (like I do), or any other developmental issues, it can be an excellent way to make improvements in behavior.

Commando, Congratulations on hitting 2000! :thumbsup2

By the time I finished reading the 30 or so pages that it took me to catch up last night, I was too tired to post anything. DD4 and I went to Father's night at Preschool last night. She had been excited and talking about this for a week. They always have lots of activities, including face painting...

I don't mind. I'm pediatric critical care. So I only see kids in the ICU. My wife will tell you that if you have an ear infection, then I'm not your guy, but if you ever have a kid who's really sick, then call me. But she seems to take the antibiotic prescriptions without complaint!

pediatric critical care.:worship: nothing better than helping kids. when my dw was going through what she was going through last year, sitting in waiting rooms at jefferson univ. and watching parents bring the little kids in from all over. i had to walk out of a few waiting rooms over that year.:sad1: there was a little girl that was in the same time my dw was in. she was 7, her name was laura. the little girl was from minn., her parents drove all day and through the night to get her to wills eye. she completely lost her site in both eyes over a 5 day period. ive never seen them again and all ways wondered what happened to her? i couldnt imagine what that poor little girl and her family was going through. you guys are amazing, thank you for all the work you do!:thumbsup2
