Go ahead Tim! I'll look forward to them! BTW, he started it last month by calling me to tell me that they were walking in to the CP without any ADR for dinner...

Oh.... now the truth comes to light! I didn't know Christian started it! :lmao::lmao: :rotfl2::rotfl2:

It has been a great day here at the Magic Kingdome today...great weather and the crowds were super low until about 4 when the Christmas Party folks started coming in. The most we waited for anything today was 15-20 and we did not use any fast pases!

We got to the park around 830 this morning and headed immediately for Space Mountain...Lauren was just shy of being tall enough to ride it so Ethan and I rode it then Shari and Ethan did it again..both times it was walk on...cant ask for better than that. Then we had to his the Tomorrowland Speedway (i swear I dont know why this is such a popular attraction). I let Lauren drive our car and she received her Tomorrowland Drivers license from one of the Cast Members...she thought she was something because Ethandid not get one ha ha. We worked out way through the rest ot tomorrow land and Toon town and Fantasy Land and then ate lunch at Pecos Bills. That seems to be a tradition for us. After lunch we went to Splash Mountain and Lauren was tall enough to take on the challenge for the first time ever:thumbsup2 She was so excited but had no idea what she was in for...once we went down the big plunge there were tears for about 10 seconds and then she said that was fun and that she wanted to do it again. That's my Girl!!!:cool1: The only regret I have for the day was that I did NOT buy the pictgure that take as you take the plunge...the look on her face was PRICELESS!!:rotfl2: We then went to Big Thunder Mountain and she was tall enough for that too!!! WooHoo! It is a day of firsts!!!

We just took out time all afternoon and did Haunted Mansion and Hall of Presidents...well Ethan (The only democrat in the family! :confused3) thinks that Brock Obamo (as he calls him) was actually in attendance today along with all the other Presidents...He said Lincoln really looked old to him. I just sat there and let him give his analysis of it without letting on that they were not real :rotfl2:

I received a text from Randall (Cinderella'sFella) and he was on the train and we were in adventureland. We had planned to meet up and have a dole whip together...however, for whatever reason I never got another text from him until we got back to the room eventhough he had sent it hours before...so needless to say we did not get to meet up thanks no thanks to tech issues with my Sprint phone service!!! I hope that does not play a problem later in the week ...maybe Randall and I can meet up before we leave anyway...For whatever reason I am not able to upload the mobile photos from my phone to facebook either tonight...oh well....

We had planned on leaving the park and going to Epot since it was open until 930 tonight and MK was closing at 7 for one of the MVMCP events. However, while weading back to Main Street Lauren had a major meltdown from exhaustion and just wanted to go to bed...and she made sure everyone within ear shot heard her....making us look like "That Family"..Bless her heart...:cool1:..she did good all day long and was a trooper ...for 3 I can't complain about it....

Well, tomorrow will be a day of rest so we will see if the pools are warm enough and if not then we will hit the outlet malls I am sure. Tomorrow night is an early birthday dinner for me at Ohana's...Looking forward to that... I have not ever eaten there before!:thumbsup2

well, so far we are all still kicking!:lmao: dd for the most part has stayed in bed most of the day and pumping meds all day. her nose is bright red from blowing it. i asked her if she wanted to stay home with grammy and i got the , ya okay, eye roll!!:lmao: dw leaves for philly in about an hour and im off to my last day at work for 2 weeks!:woohoo: my inlaws are taking dw to philly and dd is going along for the "i dont feel good factor".:lmao: my in laws are retired and have all day and tend to putts around and dw wants to get home and get some last min. things done before our trip. my mil wants to spend a few hours in jewlers row, shop, shop have lunch and than off to qvc to shop.(knee and hip must be feelin better.:lmao:) gotta get ready to go to work, ill see you guys at wdw!!!!:thumbsup2

A moment of silence, gentlemen. The world lost a great actor yesterday as Leslie Nielsen died. :sad1: He appeared in several of my favorite movies when I was a kid (Naked Gun and Airplane movies). In honor of this great American, I will be sprinkling some of his quotes in to our conversation today. Perhaps they will be in context, but probably not. Feel free to join me.

Thanks Ron!!! RAndall and I are planning to meet at MK on Sunday for a Dole Whipe at some point....hopefully that will work out...and then the night before we leave Carl and BArry and maybe Tim will meet at DTD for Sundaes at Ghiradelli.

I just wanted to wish you all good luck. We're all counting on you.

Sounds great Steve! I think your kids are more adventurous than mine!

Surely you can't be serious!

Ok, I stole that from Tutter's post on Facebook. RIP Mr. Nielsen.

Just kind of catching up after a few days away.

I hope everyone in WDW or headed there has safe travels and a great time. I really wish I could be there too.:thumbsup2

Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to stay on my toes.

Got to Test Drive the EPIC Mickey game for the Wii on Saturday at Best Buy. The Control is a little weird...but the game was fun...

I'm more of an XBOX Controller fan. Most experience with the Wii comes from Mario Kart and Toy Story Mania...and Golf on Wii Sports.

DW has it reserved for me a Target...for Christmas. :cool1:

I am always looking for a chance to use this quote!:lmao:

Here's the other one:

Like a blind man at an orgy, I was going to have to feel my way around.

I think I'm going to have to have this game too. I agree with the control issue though... while I've never played this game, I HATE Wii controls. I pretty much play the same games on Wii you mentioned. I've tried some other things, but just don't like the controls. I still go to the old, trusty PS2 for shooters and sports games. I don't play enough anymore to make it worth upgrading to PS3.

Personally I like the A2600 for shooter games. :rotfl2:

For those of you youngun's out there, that stands for the Atari 2600, (I know this is before your time Barry) but this was the ultimate in video game consoles. You just needed a little imagination to believe that the boxes on the screen we aliens, monsters or whatever you thought you were shooting.

I Remember "Outlaw" Red Cowboy vs Blue Cowboy ..actually had it on a BW TV it was Gray Cowboy vs. Grey Cowboy.

I haven't seen anything like this since the Anita Bryant concert.

Frank: It's the same old story. Boy finds girl, boy loses girl, girl finds boy, boy forgets girl, boy remembers girl, girl dies in a tragic blimp accident over the Orange Bowl on New Year's Day.

Jane: Goodyear?

Frank: No, the worst.

Well… “Looks like the cows have come home to roost.” We’re smack in the middle of the holiday season now. We spent some time with the in-laws across the long weekend and got to “see a lot of familiar face-lifts”. But, now Thanksgiving has come and gone so, it’s back to the grind. “It's a topsy-turvy world, and maybe the problems of two people don't amount to a hill of beans. But this is our hill. And these are our beans!” Like many of y’all, we’re trying to get ready for the trek down to the world. “It's fourth and fifteen and you're looking at a full-court press.” We busted out the decoration early and got that task out of the way. We’re also trying to finish up the Christmas shopping early for the same reason. You’re almost taking your life into your hands when you go out in that madding crowd, but “You take a chance getting up in the morning, crossing the street or sticking your face in a fan.” So I guess it really isn’t that tough. And yet… Every time I have to venture into a mall I just wonder if this is the day that “they're going to blow that place sky high. It'll be a tragedy. Unless it's during a dance number.”

So long Frank Drebin. We’ll truly miss ya’
