The new valve has an "extreme caution" governor on it, so people don't scald themselves... unfortunately it also doesn't seem to want us to have hot water period.... ugh.

Water on those valves need pressure on both sides cold and hot or water will not come out at all.. If cold Is on but not hot then no water will come out at all!! And the same for hot.. There is a spooler valve in those anti scald valves.. Oh just give it to me!! I'll do it!!! Lol
