What places do people like for Coronado Springs and Wilderness Lodge? We're considering taking the boat over after we finish MK at 6pm (a Halloween party night, but we aren't attending the party that day) for dinner at Wilderness Lodge one night, since we've never seen the hotel property. Similarly, we are planning to do the mosaic tile activity at the Coronado and are considering grabbing lunch there beforehand. Menus look good across the board, but hoping to get input from those of you who have frequented the restaurants as to any favorites/warnings to avoid. We are considering both quick service and table service.

All of the restaurants are decent at both hotels. At Coronado, Toledo is a nice table-service restaurant with beautiful decor and a lovely rooftop view. Maya Grill has gone up and down over the years, but in its current format, is a decent option. Rix is a good bar style food spot for burgers and sandwiches while watching games. Three Bridges has a lovely atmosphere and good drinks - the food has been very good to OK - in my opinion it's gone down just a bit from when it first opened.
At Wilderness Lodge, Whispering Canyon is a favorite family spot with the theatrics from the waitstaff, and all-you-can-eat buffet of BBQ type foods - it's not signature level but plentiful and decent enough - I always enjoy it. Geyser Point is great - it's an outdoor bar/restaurant with beautiful lake views and a good bar, plus some good food - one of the better burgers on Disney property.

Geyser Point at WL, with no ADR necessary and a pretty setting if the menu appeals it’s a no-brainer.

Coronado- make sure where you want is open for lunch. Maya Grill, Toledo and Three Bridges aren’t open for lunch. Toledo isn’t even open every day of the week. Pretty much leaves you at Rix, which is the epitome of a mediocre sports bar. It will do the job but if you’re looking for a little something special I’d do lunch elsewhere on property.

Coronado Springs's food court, El Mercado, is also well worth trying. It has the usual grab and go stuff, but also an excellent bakery and a wide ranging menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner. At dinner time they even have a carving station.

I would agree that a stop at Coronado for food would be better for dinner. Three Bridges and Toledo are great. Haven't been to Maya Grill. Rix is fine, it's a sports-bar type atmosphere and food.
