Yes, "The Dells" (as the locals call it) does exist. They have a ton of stuff. Lots of water parks (Noah's Ark calls itself "America's Largest Waterpark"), go cart tracks, mini golf, shows, amusement parks, and other typical touristy stuff. Huge hotels, many with their own indoor water parks that are open all winter. Scenery wise, it's awesome. There are a lot of tours that take you out along the Wisconsin River and the natural cliffs and bluffs along it. I think the Travel Channel even did a special on Wisconsin Dells last summer. It really is a great place - just ask anyone from Illinois. All summer, that's all you see - Illinois license plates up and down the streets!@freezinrafiki (or anyone, really) Is there some vacation spot known as the Wisconson Dells? My sister-in-law mentioned her friends from college vacationed there, and said it's a good "beach vacation"?![]()

Just got a call from our Navy son........
He passed his Review Board and he will receive his Blue Angels crest at a ceremony tomorrow afternoon!!! He is now officially a Blue Angel!!!![]()
That calls for a picture!

Of course, it'd be even cooler if we could get a picture of him with his crest.

Congrations!
