Hey guys. Just wanted to share a couple of pics from my time here at the World yesterday and today.
Yesterday I really enjoyed the Hawaiian BBQ sandwich at Earl of Sandwich.
And today I met Greg (billybobblockhead) and his oh so very charming wife and kids. We spent about 4.5 hours together in Epcot. It was awesome! Together we rode Soarin' 3x... first getting a FP (9:57), then riding it, riding Living With the Land and then going back for our FP and getting another FP (12:00), then doing Spaceship Earth and Test Track - then back for our next FP. We did get another FP for like 6:45 or something like that, but we had parted ways after eating lunch together and I didn't go back, and they didn't either that I'm aware of. But it was great. Hopefully I will get to meet up with Brody (dadio) tomorrow still.
Well, I'm off to bed. One more day of fun in the sun here tomorrow, then it's off to Jacksonville and work. Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho!!
We had a wonderful time too, Stopher. It was great just to sit back and listen to everything that you know about WDW. Talking with DW after we went our separate ways, we bow to your Disney knowledge

Hope we can to that again on a future trip. And, we did go back to Epcot at 8:45 and jumped on Soarin' for that 6:00 FP. We were the next to last group on the ride for the day.
Wow, great thread and club! I can't believe I just found it. So, I would like to be a member please.
First name: Shannon (and yes, I'm a Dad...my mom swore that Shannon was a perfectly good Irish name for boys)
Wife: Kim
Two kids: Maddie (age 11) & Ben (age 9)
Next trip: 3/18-3/26/2011 for Spring Break at AKL!
We live in Big Orange country and love our Vols! (except wife who is an Auburn grad but we overlook that)
P.S. I couldn't get the FB link to work but I think I found the club by searching and have requested to join.
Welcome. I pull for a lighter shade of blue, i.e. your opponent in the Music City Bowl.
Gentlemen,
My wife has made me a bet! If I can get below 230lbs (at 250lbs) before my 43rd b-day (March 13th) then she will pay for the ENTIRE trip herself. But if she can get below 200lbs then I have to pay for the airfare myself. Other then starving myself or consulting a Bariatric Surgeon. Any suggestions. Strict Dole-whip diet? Low-carbs/low-fat LeCellier diet?
*OWNAGE*
My advice; whatever "diet" that you do, please get some exercise to go along with it. The best advice that I got a few years ago was to eat less and exercise more. Not every night, just 3 - 4 times per week for about 30 minutes.
im only at 8 guys so far. ray, ron, steve, tim, carl, barry, christian, christopher. im activly working on jason and mike only lives in the next town. hopefully ill be at before spring.

8 of the guys i met all in one trip. but to be fair, i was there for 2 weeks so i was able to be there for alot of the guys coming down.
I'm at 1, but I think we're there in June at the same time, so we'll have to set something up.
And then all of us St Louis fans begin to point and snicker...

Baseball season is SOOO close!
The defending Central champs also agree that baseball season is SO close. Love the Reds. Began pulling for them when I was about 6 years old, and since I'm not a fan of convenience (i.e. one who pulls for the winning teams), winning the Central this past year was very satisfying, even if it doesn't happen again for a few years.
Pretty down. Things aren't going very well.
Hang in there. Things will turn around for you.
Great trip to WDW this past weekend. Man are we exhausted. I basically worked in a daze today. So far, I don't have the post Disney hangover that so often happens. Got some great pictures and had a great time with Stopher on Saturday morning. It was actually a pretty funny meet. He sent me a text saying that he was on his way to Epcot. I sent one back saying that we were already there and a description of what I had on. A couple minutes later, I got a return text that said, "I'm in the far right line, green sweatshirt and a red hat." So, I turn to my right and Stopher just sticks his hand in the air. Sort of like, "yeah, it's me." I will say that he did get the rare opportunity to hear my son sing after lunch, if you want to call it that. He had us all cracking up.
We did have an historical happening, though. On Friday morning, it was dumping the rain around park opening time. We got to MK about the time they starting the "good morning" song and the train pulled up to the station. There were very few folks there watching. We went through the gate and decided to go to the Space Mountain area first. We saw the wait was 10 minutes, so we walked in
without getting a FP first, went to the left side of the ride, walked right up to numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4, and hopped on. No wait whatsoever. First time that has ever happened to us. So, I'll probably start a trip report about the time that I finish my previous ones, which really stinks since I've never done a trip report. But, it's great to be home, but still miss the WDW feeling.
