I thought I was just kidding when I said I'd be posting every 10 pages at this pace. :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Q. Fed has Fallen?

a. Out of his boat?

b. In the esteem of his fellow fishermen?

c. In love with his wife?

d. All of the above.
:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

:mad::headache::mad:

:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Clearly you haven't seen the LATEST pictures my so-called fishin' buddies have posted on FB:mad::mad:

Too bad most of them drive in the state where the Highway Patrol Commander and I went to school together....:cool2::lmao:

Oh, and Gooooo BlueCrab.....we need a betting window on the NJ Crab Races:thumbsup2

Q. After returning from WDW chillcoupons said?

a. The weather was particularly mild.

b. Meeting stopher1 was a bit of a let down.

c. It was hotter than Satan's Balls.

I'll say, as you probably will in September, the correct response is B, followed by the more publicly stated C.

SAYONARA! I hope your trip is filled with no cell service, a horrible cable connection, and a cabinet filled with nothing but Hannah Montana DVD's.

Now, that's just mean spirited.

Q. At Cinderella's Royal Table Barry's son was mesmerized by?
a. The Mickey waffles?
b. Eating in the castle?
c. Cinderella?
d. Princess Jasmine's breasts?

Ahh, the great picture reference. But, is this limited only to Barry's, aka Freezin, son? I guess we just can't let our DWs catch us in the act, and ----- photograph it.

:lmao::lmao: wow fed , you buddys seem to carry a camera when there around you for some reason.:lmao:

It’s tough keeping up with y’all. Given my employers restrictions on internet usage, I dare not login and post anything, and even attempting to follow along can be risky. :headache: As such, I always seem to be seven pages and three conversations behind before I can even try to chime in. If it weren’t for being able to head out to the house for lunch, I’d miss nearly everything around here. So again I say: “Crud…”

Hummm… “Crud…”, just might need to become an accepted one word post for anyone around here that is just so slammed by life that the can’t even take a break long enough to even check in. I doubt it’s a good enough idea to declare a Man Law, but it perfectly fits my mood when I’ve had enough of the rest of the world.

This has been inducted as an official MAN LAW!

Looks like Don had better get to work on DIS Dad's Club VI, because we're on pace to outgrow this one in a hurry.

You aren't kidding! :scared1:

Well, since the length of time it takes you to post a TR seems to be a running joke around here I figured I'd check it out. My goal is to try to read some TR's from the DIS dad's to get to know the community a bit better, even if they're so old they aren't even active threads anymore:thumbsup2. I've actually only read the first page of yours so far. As I posted earlier, it is becoming a full time job just trying to keep up with this thread.;)

Yeah... there are some good writers here... and we've all had some interesting TR's to read. Enjoy!

Ahh, but then, if you post to them...viola, they become active again. And oh boy, watch out that might just bring out the pirate:s known to lurk about the DDC.

Pirates? What pirates :rolleyes1 pirate:pirate:

Tim...this is Barry (the Platipus) while on his trip...

Link

HAHA! Too funny!

When people ask how they can join we should tell them that they have to go back and read all the threads and pass dis dads club history exam.:lmao: The test would be hilarious.:rotfl2:

Q: Which of the following took the longest time to complete?

a. Building the Great Wall of China.

b. The 100 years war.

c. The formation of the Grand Canyon.

d. Don finishing a trip report.

:rotfl2:

:lmao::lmao:

Going to the Hermit Crab races tonite, so far out of 5 times, he has 5 wins
2- 1st
2- 2nd
1- 3rd

He now has 5 crabs, since Blue Shark, & Big Bird have already came in 1st at the one race and already have there place in the year end finals 8 crabs total, he holds 2 spots already:cool1: I guess its starting to break even since he is getting his crabs & supplies for free now:goodvibes

Next Weds. we are going to the Biggie of races in Ocean City NJ, taking Blue Shark & Big Bird should be interesting, also falls on DS 5th B-day:woohoo:

Sweet! Good luck at the races!

The Carolina variation of this involves holding on to the beer for the duration of the stunt. :rotfl2:

It also generally includes what we call the “red-neck laugh”, which is a short two-syllable laugh that gets cut off real short at the end (similar to the giggle that our Patron Saint Goofy uses, but it’s purpose is to prevent you from spitting your chaw into your beer). So whenever you here anyone down this way holler out: “Hay Y’all… *Uh-Huuc*… Watch this…”, you need to bust out the camcorder quick because if he (or she) survives it and the bloodshed is held to a minimum, you are just about to win $10,000 on AFV. :thumbsup2

:lmao::lmao::rotfl2::rotfl2:

SAYONARA! I hope your trip is filled with no cell service, a horrible cable connection, and a cabinet filled with nothing but Hannah Montana DVD's.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!

So did you use the charge card or the debit card?

Unfortunately, neither :sad1:

That was so sad! :sad1::sad1:

That is how I'm feeling... :sad1::sad1:

I miss Barry! :rotfl2:

:lmao:

Of all of the great Man Laws that we have around here THIS is the one that I'm gonna be responsible for?!? figures...

When are the mods gonna realize that we need our own board for all of the stuff that floats around here? Show some Dis Dad LOVE!:lovestruc Then maybe I could keep up with all of the different conversations that we have going at one time.

Oh, and seven pages since last night... crud...

I've tried numerous times to get any kind of response from the mods to see about getting a subforum created for us, but I have yet to receive any replies. :confused3

It was just the most perfect single word post I’d ever seen that didn’t need to be simultaneously “bleeped”.

HAHAHA! So true!

Q: trennr spend his weekends in the fall?

a. Massaging his mother-in-laws bunions?

b. Working in a corn maze?

c. Working in a platypus rescue?

d. Replacing pitchers mounds with 30 yard lines?

I know! I know! It's C! Wait... no, it's A! :rotfl2:

Mike, don't be sad or ashamed by this new Man Law... it really is one to embrace! Just because I have been a great big party to this multi-page per day insanity for the past week or so...doesn't mean I haven't had my periods of CRUD, CAN'T KEEP UP myself. That's why I declared it needs to be a Man Law!! I actually loved it when you said it recently and btw - when both Barry and Mark weren't sure what you were saying. I knew exactly what you meant by it. It's okay. Really. Just know that the more folks we get in here, the more pages will be generated regularly - and just jump in when you can, and don't fret it when you can't. So just throw up your hands and say "CRUD" and we'll understand buddy.

Yep.... and I have a feeling this word will be used often now.

I am home from work and cathing up on the reading...crud! :rotfl2:. The weekend starts for me now so maybe I can keep caught up this weekend before the new work week begins. I have been chanting all day the phrase...

There is no F in Week this week......say it real fast and you might see what got me through the day!:rotfl2:

LOL! I was saying this out loud and my cube-neighbor just gave me a strange look! :rotfl:

I seem to be causing more trouble then I’m worth around here (on the boards and at home :rolleyes1), so I think it’s time for a road trip. I took Friday off, and I’m headin’ down to the coast for the rest of the week. There’s a whole ocean and mass quantities of beer down there waiting on me and I’m tired of sitting around here. :beach:

By the time I get back Sunday, y’all should be up to page 173 on this ‘ol thread. Feel free to flam me in my absence (I’m pretty certain I deserve it ). Have a great weekend!!

Just don't confuse the ocean for the beer! (or the other way around either!)

Q. At Cinderella's Royal Table Barry's son was mesmerized by?

a. The Mickey waffles?

b. Eating in the castle?

c. Cinderella?

d. Princess Jasmine's breasts?

D... but Barry still claims his son was looking only at the sparkly jewels :rolleyes1

Q. DisneyDaddy-O opened?

a. A petting zoo?

b. Home for wayward princesses?

c. A Restaurant?

d. A Canadian drive through beer and doughnut store?

MMmmmmm... doughnuts!

Now, that's just mean spirited.

But it was ok to reference poison ivy? HAHAHA! :lmao:

D... but Barry still claims his son was looking only at the sparkly jewels :rolleyes1

I thought that was rather poetic for a young guy.

 I got's jus' one thang t' say to this...

Hay Y’all… *Uh-Huuc*… Watch this…

We'll be heading out in a couple of hours, I'll check in when we get back from the Grand Strand (or I might take a lap-top with me... it depends on whether I want to carry just one more thing up to the "third Floor" or not :sad2:).

Later on... :thumbsup2

Thanks to "that's nice" and his signature link, the DDCET has rescued me from the MAW thread! Estrogen is thick there. Nice subtle rescue method there buddy, I appreciate the lifeline. And a helicopter extraction has never been so welcome!

I'm applying for membership in the club based on the criteria that:

  1. We are going to DW and GKTW for Labor Day 2010
  2. I am at least as excited as 2 out of 3 kids.
  3. Since high school (how long that's been is irrelevant) I have been known for my "WOOOOhoo-hoo-hoo....!" imitation of Goofy flying off the end of the ski jump.

As noted in my signature, there is a trip report/journal over on blogspot if you're interested. I decided to do that instead of a forum thread because threads get unwieldy and I intend to collect the blog and photos into a print volume as a souvenir.

I won't claim to have read the entire history of the Dad's Club, but I've seen enough. It's time to join the fun!

Now, that's just mean spirited.
You think? Well he did call me 'Timmy'!!!!!!!!

As are so many other things said in the midst of an arch-nemesis battle...

but since I'm on Tim's side - I agree with it!
Thanks Chris.... I didn't think I stepped over the 'line'.:lmao:

Unfortunately, neither :sad1:
AWWWW that's a shame. :sad2:

I've tried numerous times to get any kind of response from the mods to see about getting a subforum created for us, but I have yet to receive any replies. :confused3
So the fact that we blow through 5-20 pages a day isn't enough? Sometimes it is hard to keep track of what everyone else is talking about. :surfweb:

But it was ok to reference poison ivy? HAHAHA! :lmao:
HAHAHA.... it's OK.... I CAN TAKE IT!:lmao:

:welcome: to the dark side! :lmao:

Actually this thread is full of dad's who are more crazy about Disney than the women on this board. We discuss all things Disney and basically anything else that pops in our heads!

If you read the 1st page of this thread (Emma's Dad's posts) and check out a few links on there, you are basically caught up through 4 threads! :rotfl2:

Just jump in with 2 feet and go! :yay:

Have fun! Eat a nice big juicy steak at T-Bonz for me. :thumbsup2

Yeah! That's Tim... he's our man! If he can't do it... well... there's 500 more of us that can! HAHA! Welcome to the club! You are member # 503! :thumbsup2

:welcome: WELCOME TO THE DIS DAD'S CLUB! :welcome:

You have been added to the DIS Dad's Club list :thumbsup2

Hey Fed. I happened to check out the pics your "friends" posted and I think I saw an bon-a-fide Mississippi Mudflap.
