For what it's worth, she's worth her weight in niche marketing gold. We both work with special needs families quite a bit so we understand their needs and how to navigate special menus, obtaining assistance at the resorts and theme parks with regards to quiet areas, open/closed captioning devices and shows, and assistance programs available. Oh, and we have a video phone so she can respond to deaf clients who need help.
