Why am I so hungry all of a sudden?

Welcome back! We look forward to the TR. Looks like you have excellent taste in dining experiences.

Hey, why am I so hungry all of a sudden?

Hey, that looks a lot like my daughter's big birthday present. :lmao:

Why am I so hungry all of a sudden?

Can't be THAT sudden. You've been hungry for at least three posts already. :p

Can someone get up and make Mark a sandwich. :lmao:

Words can not begin to describe how sick I am of snow. Not only do I have to shovel the sidewalks..now I am heading up on the porch roof. Oh what fun.

Dear Mr Groundhog, a bit of advice...stay out of of eastern PA. You are not welcome!:lmao:

Yep, we're supposed to have blizzard conditions today so I decided to stay home from work. We only got about 6 inches this past weekend, unlike Philly and Baltimore, but we might get a lot more today.

By the way, how was Bob Jackson?

Bob Jackson was awesome, the kids had a blast. :thumbsup2 I will post pics when I get to that day on my TR. I don't want to spoil the surprise.:)

Its sounds like all you guys are digging out today, let me just say for once we have had the lightest winter I have ever seen. We basically got a dusting this morning and the sun was out by the afternoon.

I'm just saying......:lmao:

You and all your friends in Canada are more than welcome to come and take all the snow and bring it back to where truly belongs:rolleyes1

Yes - depending on the calendar. If they track the same as last year, we're planning on MNSSHP on Tuesday, Oct. 5.

If they set a date that you can go to, buy your tickets in advance, they only let X amount of people in and some dates do sell out. They started selling them last year like May 1st.

If you go get the meet and greets done 1st they have alot of rare pic opps, catch the shows and dance parties, then trick or treat (seems like everyone gets the candy first then hit the other stuff, later in the night you can breeze through the candy zones)
The 2nd parade is less crowded.:thumbsup2

Hopefully since it ties in with the park decorations they will still do it, they canceled the Pirate and Princess parties this year.

Yeah - much of my early planning has revolved around a VERY late night for MNSSHP. If there's no MNSSHP, I have a lot of reworking of our planning to do.

Now that I have all of the hotel/resort reservations done for this trip already, and no other reservations opening until summer, the hardest part is going to be managing to keep this whole trip a secret from the kids.

I don't know if you have an AP but this might be the last date to get an AP discount. It would save you $3-$4 a ticket.

The only dates that usually sell out are Halloween and possibly the party or 2 before. But if you know your dates it doesn't hurt to get your tix.

I agree with DC on the plan of action. Make sure you arrive at MK at 4. That way you can eat dinner, hit a few rides, and be ready for the party at 7.

I think you will be good to go. MNSSHP is a hard ticket event that Disney isn't getting away from any time soon. Check out my October TR (link in sig) that has pictures of MNSSHP. We have been to MNSSHP 2 times and if you have any questions let me know.

Hi guys!! We had a great trip in spite of the rain! I need to get my trip report posted. I ate at O'Hanas, Sci Fi Dine In, Yak and Yeti, Whispering Canyons Cafe (We need Ketchup!), and Le Celliers! Can you say ... ribs, pulled pork, grilled shrimp, grilled duckling, New York strip, more ribs! I am a carnivore!!!!
Welcome back! Sounds like you had a tasty trip!

We got 0 (yes ZERO) from the last storm but they are calling for 10-20 inches from this one. Way to go!!!! Nice to have a good estimate. They should just say 0-40 inches and cover all the bases. :confused3 It started here just before 7 and it is already coming down hard now.
Well, it looks like we got about 15" here. I guess MD got blasted again, according to our son. I'm really sick of this. First, we had a cool, wet summer and now this.

Great! I'm looking forward to the TR and photos!:thumbsup2

Yeah, like Vancouver! :lmao:

My company (SIEMENS) announces their employee "sweepstakes" next Monday.

Last year they gave away 9 Vacation packages (9 in 09)...7, 4, 3 night cruises...and a few sea land Packages...and one to Disneyland.

They Title this year is WIN WIN in 2010.

Y'all keep your finger and toes crossed for me...and send me some Magic. :wizard:

hey guys have any of you hired golf clubs at resort before...i dont know if you guys get the same when you buy your park tickets but if we buy the 14 day pass in the uk we get free golf but i dont want to cart my clubs 5000 miles when i might only play once if at all.

Sorry, I meant to answer this one sooner. You can rent clubs at all of the golf courses at the resort. It's been years since I last played golf there, so I forget what the cost is, but I believe it's on the golf course page at the WDW website. They're nice clubs and nice courses. Have fun!

Just thinking about our crazy dog (Molly...aka...dawg). :dog:

Last night I had to take our trash can to the road...so I took the time to clean off some paths on our deck for the dog to walk on when we let her out.

We have steps going off the rear of the deck...and to the left we added a Ramp for FIL when he was living with us. Anyway I had made a sizable pile of snow. at the bottom of the Ramp. So last night around 10pm we let her out.

Later I hear barking like no tomorrow. I look out and she is just barking at the pile of snow...sneak up a little closer...bark a little more...while backing off.

She's also barked for hours at a bag of Mulch. :sad2:
