I was going to suggest since you, Carl & myself will be on the Dec trip, maybe we could meet up at the Chick-fil-a at Langhorne to get acquaintance with each other before the trip, always nice to see a friendly face:confused3, I'll be in that area at least 10 times this year:confused3

Grits are for supper. I can't stand breakfast grits. Dinner grits are delicious. :thumbsup2

(....waiting to see if anyone else knows the difference between the two) :confused3

Just keep on waitin'. :confused3

I had grits once at Waffle House. Not bad. Nothing to write home about. Then again - Waffle House isn't exactly gourmet. :rotfl2:

You guys know how to 'pad the stats' or in this case blow through pages!

I just read through the last 5 pages from tonight. :sad2::confused::sad2:

Disney is really secondary on this thread, huh?:lmao:

Any-hoo, my story from today.
cheese pizza rolls from lunch at work, and i remembered the box top for education! (20 bonus points for anyone that can name that pizza roll brand).

And next: Our agreement is that DW washes and dries the clothes all week, and i fold & put away on Friday nights. (A friend of mine helped. Maker Mark is his name, and he's from Kentucky! (it's a bourbon joke).)
Most of my single and childless friends don't quite get that a few folded clothes once a week, and doing the dishes every night is what makes it work. I get to go to Disney at christmas time, and haven't cooked my own dinner two nights in a row in 10 years. And my passed out lonely guy friends are saying i'm the one who's whipped.

I have a feeling the Disney Dad's would get that pretty much any hoop is worth it, if the end result is DisneyWorld.:thumbsup2

all I can say is holy cow!!!! looks like some ones was laft home last night 5 pages :surfweb:I am afraid to se what today brings

So I haven't read since Tuesday evening and have to catch up on about 15 pages. Dang.

So, it's Saturday morning and the cat starts her thing about 5:30 wanting her FOOD. So, I get up to feed her and decide to stay up and start breakfast for the wife and kids (FOOD) so that I can head out about 8 (2 hours later than normal) for my Saturday run and not have to worry about breakfast.

Grits are great. I could eat them daily. Try a pinch of sugar.

No Doot aboot it. Also I know that the Beaver is a proud and noble animal.

"Nice beaver."
"Thank you. I just had it stuffed." :lmao:

Go to 1:03 for the quote.

One of my favorite lines.........

This morning I'm up and ready, about to go wake my boys so that we can go help with "Scouting for FOOD". The Scouts are going through neighborhoods collecting non-perishables for our local food pantrys.

Then after that, I think we'll go by Chick-Fil-A or McDonalds for lunch...

Okay, as I was making pancakes for the kids, I got to thinking about the criteria for the DisDads and I think we may need to add one. After re-reading, we need to add "you own a silicone Mickey that forms pancakes like a Mickey head." DW and I got one of these on our November anniversary trip and the kids love it (well, I do too... :) )

Send Emma's Dad a message, and he can add it to the list if not already there. :thumbsup2

I think it should be added but I also want to take it a step further: When you go out for breakfast with the family and order pancakes and your kids get Mickey cakes and yours are just plain pancakes you are disappointed.:rotfl2:
