Ok stopher we are ready for page 185 about how many days before Dis Dads 4:confused3

WHAT???!??? You're asking me to "work" right now? Sheesh... crunching numbers is what I do at the office when I'm not posting on here... :rotfl:

ok, ok... as soon as I can find which page it was when I last posted/predicted :confused3 I'll let you know... but that was at least 30 pages ago already. :rotfl2:

Alright - so I found this little number way back on page 150 - #2247 - posted on March 9th - or just 10 days and 35 pages ago...

Ok, so as I sit here prioritizing my day and need to get tons of junk done before taking off for a few days - I just thought I'd reflect back on our space here today with some more trivial facts - just have to update it once more.

Here's what I posted way back on page 85...on February 19th

So since that was posted we've gained 65 pages, in just 18 days. Nice work guys. :lmao: That's an average of 3.61 pages per day - an increase of 83% in our daily output. I like. Good job on the productivity guys - especially Chuck. :lmao:

Our overall daily average since the thread's beginning has been 2.60 pages per day, or and increase of 0.49 pages per day since my last update on February 19 (above). Again, nice overall increase. Good job. :thumbsup2

SOOO - at this rate, if this thread gets locked down at 250 pages, we've only got 100 pages to go, or less than 28 days to fill it up (about April 6th). Or if we're lucky and survive as long as we did with v2.0 - (281 pages) - we've got about 36 days left, or until about April 14th. WOW. That too is a nice productivity improvement over my February 19 post.

AND, if we stay at about this pace, now obviously our pace can and will change, but if we stayed at the same per page count we are currently at through the spring we'll go through v3.0 by about mid-to- late June, v4.0 by about mid-to-late September and finish up v5.0 by late December or early January 2011.

So if we examine our record since that was posted we've gained 35 pages in 10 days. While our total page count has increased the size of the thread, our actual average per day has dropped somewhat from an average of 3.61 pages per day last time to 3.5 pages currently.

Since v 3.0's beginning, our overall daily average is now at 2.46 pages per day.

If we remain at this slightly decreased rate, and if this thread gets locked down at 250 pages, we've only got 65 pages to go, or less than 25 days to fill it up (about April 12th). Or if we're lucky and survive as long as we did with v2.0 - (281 pages) - we've got about 37 days left, or until about April 24th.

AND, if we stay at about this pace, now obviously our pace can and will change, but if we stayed at the same per page count we are currently at through the spring we'll go through v3.0 by about late June, v4.0 by about late September or early October and finish up v5.0 by early-to-mid January 2011.

So there you go. More trivia for you. BUT - I believe (though I could be off a bit) that it also puts us right into the heart of Don's trip.... (you know, the one he needs to not take until his first trip's TR is finished or get cracking and finish up that TR so he can better enjoy his trip guilt free :rolleyes1) so we'll either need to have a new version ready to roll before he leaves, or someone else will need to be ready to pinch-hit and get 4.0 up and rolling while he's gone.

Funny Story - yesterday morning my wife see's a mouse run across the kitchen, OK you know what happened next the one day I can sleep till 7am, the frantic wife comes in yelling about a mouse at 5:30, I try to roll over and play it off but that tactic didn't work. Now it's war, I get up BB gun in hand, wife says are you crazy ( I nailed one a couple of years ago in the basement this way, took hours) I said you woke me up now I'm going Caddyshack on it.

When I went to work at 9:30 I hade 20 glue traps set up in a 10 x 12 kitchen:lmao:

I get home from work wife has 10 of those sonic pest chasers plugged in all over the house. I went to bed last night around midnite. At 1:37 am cat is wigging out all over the house, get up notice a glue trap gone, cat comes flying by with a glue trap on her paw with the mouse on it, son & wife wakeup start freaking out,now I got a 3 ring circus (glad I had a few before bed:lmao:) Seems like I was the only one that thought it was funny! Must be a guy thing:goodvibes:confused3

LOL Did you sculpt little gophers out of clay too????

PICS or it didn't happen!!!! :rotfl::rolleyes1

This is sooo funny!!!! LOLOLOL

I can't make this c**p up, Wish I could, Can I ever get a good nights sleep. Man people wonder why I drink:drinking1. Might be the only thing keeping me sane:lmao:

I don’t know about you but I haven’t gotten a good night’s sleep for years. As a dad we are provider, protector and when necessary big game mouse hunter. A plus is that we can take the kids to Disney just to ride rides “for the kids.” Way funny story. Sorry, but I am still laughing. Toasting one in your honor.

It's BEER:30
I'm having a Yuengling, what can I pour for you?

Make mine a Leinie's. :thumbsup2

Wow! Yuengling and Leinie's, my two favorites!

Captain great pics, need I say more they speak for themselves.

Thanks buddy!

Did you get this before or after talking to Nick I remember you talking to him about his pics and the camera.I am seriously thinking of getting this camera

I actually ordered it prior to talking to Nick, but after seeing his pictures, it totally confirmed the choice! :thumbsup2

We have the Canon XTi, which is the previous version of the XSi. I love it. I spent some time reading about apertures, shudder speed, ISO, etc and then just messed with all of it. Eventually you get over the learning curve and some of that stuff becomes second nature. But even on "fully auto" mode, it takes some darn nice pictures.:thumbsup2
Of course, now I'm looking a new lenses, fancy flashes, etc, etc, $$$:sad2:

My parents have the XTi, too, so it came highly recommended. Now I'm reading up and trying to learn about aperture, ISO, etc. I finally learned how to make water blur in waterfall pictures! :thumbsup2

Good grief, I'm showing my true geek colors here. :teacher:

Anyway, I hear ya about the lenses, flashes, etc. Must...resist...temptation...

For those pics of Big Thunder mtn: I honestly thought they were stolen from Disney. That's' a sweet camera if those were your own.:thumbsup2

Wow! That's a high compliment. Thanks! I'm really proud of that Indiana Jones shot. I could be biased because it's my favorite movie ever, but I was thrilled with how it turned out.

As far as Beer :30 goes, I'm with trennr: A&W! :drinking1

:lmao: i take customers to the yuengling brewery for work for a tour.( we deal with a boiler manuf. not to far away from the orig. brewery.) after the tour there is free taste testing samples, i get root beer. just a note, there root beer is real good.:lmao:

I found out this week that Sprecher has a real good root beer too!

That's a great story. It sounds like a complete debacle. We have not had mice invade yet, but in a house with my wife and two small girls, guess who gets called for every spider, cricket, centipede, or beetle?

It's not the vermin that keep me from getting sleep, it's the daughters. Why do we have to be up at 6am on a weekend? I am looking forward to the sullen teenage years when they want to sleep until noon... :thumbsup2

This story cracks me up! :rotfl: Sounds like something that would happen around my house popcorn::

Well my ETSU Bucs did better against Kentucky than I thought they would. Go (insert underdog team name here)!!!! :lmao:

Sorry for your loss, but the Cats are really good. Look back a few pages - I already said they were the champs this year. I did wish some of the Seniors would have been rewarded with some more playing time.

It's BEER:30 I'm having a Yuengling, what can I pour for you?

Make mine a Rolling Rock.

Oh boy, here we go with the busses again:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Busses and minivans. No!!!!!!!!:scared1:

Don't call me a mindless philosopher, you overweight glob of grease

I resemble that latter remark. Too much of that beer (and pizza).

I said you woke me up now I'm going Caddyshack on it.

Great movie and great plan. My dad had a groundhog in his back yard and decided to lie in wait with a shovel, wait for it to come out, and smack it on the head. He told me this on this phone and I started laughing so hard. I wished I could have had the video footage.

:thumbsup2 Thanks for all the pictures of WL. We are headed there in October and have not stayed there before. It looks great!!!
