Watch out for the Florida boys, they've been crawling all over Lake Buena Vista and Reedy River (WDW Complex)--buddy of mine is the FHP Sgt there, and my old FBINA (FBI National Academy Rommate) is with Orange County SO.

i will do that, exit 1,3, and 6.!!! as soon as you get thru jacksonville, there had to be 8-9 troopers all over. i never drove 65 in that few mile stretch in all my life!!! there wasnt mutch traffic either for some reason but it was about 10am.

ha steve, i tried, i had all seven of us looking for mike and you!! we were at mk last night (big mistake) i had seen a guy with a marshall shirt on waiting for the parade near city hall! i fiqured, how many people would wear a green marshall shirt? this guy had black hair and 6 kids!!! i had to assume you didnt have more kids on your trip!!hope you guys had a nice trip!the only crowds weve noticed were last night night at mk. but its the weekend and it was the only park that was open late. i love this weather!!!!!! it was 57 at home sat.,im not going back!! we have one extra guest at our room at okw,we have a frog above our door, you should see dw and dd go in and out of the door. you would think hes up there with a bucket of water!"getem down,getem down"

i forgot, i had a dolewhip at the mk on thursday!!! i laugh eveytime i see the pineapple bars, ill have to have one for nate before we leave!!!! we were in line at test track on thursday night. there was a couple in line behind us and lets say they had more wine than food!!! they ended up on another car, by the time the ride was over, they needed to get a room!! security came out and ushered them both in a door and we didnt see them again!

We are headed home in the am. The plane leaves at 7am from Sanford so we will have to get up at 330 am (that is just ungodly) in order to get there and return the car and through security and stuff like that. It has been a great week. Had dinner at Whispering Canyon this evening and it was a lot of fun.

Mike I can't believe we were even in the same park and did not know it. Dave and I were in MK the same day too and of course no one saw anyone else ha ha.

The next trip will be for Shari and I alone when we head to NYC in December for my birthday! Woohooo!

We had to get up at 4:30 AM for our 8:00 AM flight out of MCO. I may have seen you in the park; I did see a lot of green T-shirts in the parks so I may have noticed the green hats and it just didn't occur to me it might be you! I didn't see anyone sporting any type of DIS logo or anything, just a lot of green shirts. We visited the Dole stand in MK on Tuesday afternoon and Friday morning and we sat on the bench right across from the stand. I was hoping to meet up with another DIS Dad or two but that didn't happen. I guess that would be a good meeting spot for future visits. It's doubtful that we will be returning before 2013; that's when our DGS will be 4 and we hope to head back then.

after a two and a half hour delay at the airport for "mechaincal issues" and having to deplane and board another plane...wE are home!!!

Dave...That is cool that you saw a Marshall Shirt. I looked for other Herd fans the whole week and did not see a single one. The only kids I had with us were our two but at times they felt like 6! I bet another reason it was so crowded last night was it is not the holiday weekend too.

Welcome home, Steve! I'm sorry we didn't bump into each other ~ actually, maybe we did and didn't know it!

Here's my first trip photo. This was my first and second trip to the Dole Whip stand in MK. The first was for a Dole Whip Float and the second was for a Dole Whip Soft Serve. My DW got the Citrus Whip and I got the Pineapple. They were great and I'll definitely make it a point to get at least one each trip!

Oh yeah......On Tuesday we were in MK and did Monsters, Inc sometime in the afternoon. Just my luck ~ I ended up being "That Guy!" Unfortunately, my "I was That Guy" sticker fell off my sweaty shirt somewhere in the park. I feel bad that I lost it and for littering in the MK. If any of you guys were there, I was the "That Guy" with the striped, Grumpy polo shirt (same one as in one of my Dole Whip photos).

The Tuesday Dole Whip Float photo was taken at 2:24 PM. We had left the park by 4:20 for 5:00 PM dinner at FW at the Trail's End Buffet. We had lunch at LTT around 11:30; did Hall of Presidents, the Riverboat and a couple other things and then headed over for our Dole Whips. I usually take a DIS ID on a pin lanyard but I forgot to pack it this trip. We have met some fellow DIS'ers on other trips ~ during our "Around the World on a Segway" tour; an Illuminations Cruise; and in the hot tub one night at POFQ a few years back. Maybe all those green T's were DIS'ers! Maybe next time!

Steve: I removed our trip counter, too, and it is sad. Back to work today. Anyway, I did have one of the Dole pineapple popsicles, too, and it was good. We might get them for the house if we can find them in a store. Here's another photo.

great pics mike!! dd and i are taking the mk tour this morning, we cant wait!!!i forget to mention, we got stuck on the people mover (tta) on thursday over the race track. that was fun walking the track back!!! i see on the weather its going to get colder here, high in the mid 70s this weekend!!! we leave on sat. morning so ill miss it!!!! its going to be 93 today and sunny!!!!! yippeeeee
