The first step is admitting you have a problem. That's why we're all here. The second step is forgetting that it's a problem and embracing it wholeheartedly. That's why we never leave here! The official list of qualifications is in the first post, but it's a never ending list. If you have something you want added, just say it.
Emma's Dad will be along shortly to give you an official membership number.

Oh, yeah, and :welcome: to the Dis Dad's Club!

However, we have rules on this forum......

Pics and trip reports are mandatory for all returning DISDADs...sorry, I didn't make em up, I just report the violations...:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Glad you guys had a good time!!!!!!

I started filtering through the pics last night, theres about 2000 of them; i'll try to find one or two later. Unfortunately the really good ones are on the Photopass site so i'll need to wait for my DW to finish making the edits and get the DVD's shipped.

Glad you had a great time. You know how to get to the trip report board from here, right? popcorn::

You mean the the Trip Report forum on the main board? I went in there for a second and got the same feeling I get when the wife has her friends over and I need to cut through the room to get to the fridge.

I hope it was because it was opening weekend. Were you in any other parks during this time? Or just Epcot?

We were at MK on Sunday and it was pretty normal, Small world was a walk on, Peter Pan was about 25 minutes, and about the same for Buzz. Judging by the people who were packed into Epcot they didn't look like they were interested in much other then the food and wine.

:lmao: i have been waiting a long time for a parade down broad street in philly!! looks like we finaly got a team together. now if they can stay healthy.hopefully gagne can hang in there. he looks good in the pre season games that were on tv. and the way it looks,(size wise) the broad street bullies are back!!! weres that ty domi when your lookin for him?:lmao:
I'm hoping that we get that here in Chicago. I love the John Madden acquisition. I hope that Philly & Chicago meet in the Finals, that would be a great Cup showdown.

HAHA! My DD's birthday party last year was a trip to a local hotel in Virginia Beach. They have an INDOOR lazy river! It was cool... about 15 kids running around in the middle of December playing in a lazy river. it was a blast!

Glad I still get to supervise oldest DD7 on the Internet, if she found this, who knows what she would want for her birthday. I'm having a hard enough time with the 2,3,or 10 friends over for the sleepover, I can't imagine 15. :scared1:

Hi fellas! I would be honored if I would be allowed to join this club!

I have read through the qual list and I lost track of how many apply to me! :cool1:

So is there any secret signals that identify DIS Dad members at the parks????

The dads wearing the same themed shirts as their daughters. I bought Tinkerbell shirts for my wife and two DDs, yet surprisingly, there is not a Tinkerbell t-shirt in men's size? I can't figure it out. :teacher: So, when they wear those 3, I get to wear my Grumpy shirt.

Been traveling since Monday, so I did not have a chance to shout . . .

How 'bout them Cowboys!

Yup....that's why we have to add in our stuff---even the keel as it were..:lmao::lmao:

I forgot to add, I got my first kill of the deployment last night...

Mosquito...

She breached the perimeter and launched a opportunistic strike...in order to maintain "tactical silence" for operational security, not raise the alert to any other hostiles in the area, and due to the presence of innocent civilians in the area, numerous responses to the incursion were considered.

However, Reporting Agent opted for a silent, surgical strike, and therefore opted to dispatch the offender via hand to hand combat effective strikes.

Local Nationals in the area were not alerted to the issue, and no further hostile or insurgent activity were noted.

Status reports "good kill" no further action necessary.....

Ahhh....war is hell, not a square dance

He's probably fighting some fans in the penalty box, that was classic.

I think the leafs are finally on the right track, looks like we have some great young guys and the attitude is finally right. Hey it can't get any worse than not making the playoffs for a billion years!!!

Hockey is back baby, I am excited.:thumbsup2:cool1:

:lmao: that guy was great, he was a pain in the rear but he did his job well. last dec. we took dd ice skating, wow, i havnt done that since i was 18! it was like riding a bike, you never forget but the knees and back didnt let you forget either.:lmao: hockey cought on fast in our area being so close to philly and them winning the cup in the early 70s. but its just now that there are rinks around and the high schools have teams. i love the sport, put hockey on one chanel and football on the other and i would watch hockey.

Steve: Have a safe trip and a great time! Maybe we'll see you there! :yay:

Let's see: I used the new online check-in feature last night to check-in at POFQ. It worked great! 3 days, 13 hours and 33 minutes 'til we land at MCO! :cool1::cool1::cool1:

My MIL has decided to come visit us this Thursday - for 17 DAYS!

And, we don't have a big home so there is nowhere for me to hide (1000 square feet for me, DW, DS12, DS6 and MIL).

Be afraid, be very afraid...

7 nights down, 10 nights to go.

Now, I'll turn that little mouse's dream into a nightmare Fantasmic! :scared:

Nope.....it was definitely hostile aircraft...:rotfl2:

Hey Fed let me know if you need help with those "aircraft"...I was Air Defense Artillery in the when I was in the Army and I was stationed in Louisianna. Lot of experience with shooting down mosquito's.:rotfl2:

Ok, guys, here's some "hero" pics....but I'm really more like a zero...:lmao::lmao::lmao:

This is a place called "Abraham's Oasis"...story is that Abraham (Yes, that Abraham) spent a month here travelling from Mesopotamia to Canaan. It's the last source of water before you would have to traverse the Great Desert, and they have artifacts dating from that time here, so who knows. There's like 5 different Endangered Species Fish in there.

ry%3D400

First of the Hero Pictures...I did some flying and shooting last Saturday...More follow.

My "Air" 50...

ry%3D400

My Helo, "Ridin' Dirty", and guys, for the next pic---it's IMPOSSIBLE to look COOL in a Helmet---they always end up looking too big or getting crooked!! Will save your life though!:confused3

ry%3D400

Here's the aforementioned uncool helmet "Zero" pic...but you gotta' have it. The Strap around my chest is my Gunner's Belt, straps me in to secure me for when we're flying combat---so I don't fall out the window while shooting...LOL--Picture SOARIN' on MAJOR STEROID RAGE---my wife thought I was crazy, but people pay good money for a ride like that---60degree turns at over 100mph hanging out a window, banging away with an Air 50 (50 cal). God bless the guys that do this everyday, they let the Federal Agent ride along and have a little fun every now and then.....That's my son's Very Hungry Catterpillar (Hungry Hungry), he rides with me everywhere!

Imagine Soarin with wind, fumes, 100 feet off the ground, 150 mph...:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

So that was my fun day last weekend---back to the grind this week:sad1:
