My son "tiny" is an Eagles fan.

I watched Vick's 60 Minutes interview...Vick seemed remorsful (more than the sorry I got caught I was expecting)...and didn't blame anybody but himself...lesson learned...give him another shot...kuddos to the Eagles. Should give defenses Nightmares when he and McNabb are both on the field.

well , i have to admit, im a cowboy fan living 45 min. north of philly! so i have nothing against anyone who puts on an eagles uniform other than there a stinkin eagle! i am a flyer fan and phillies fan. there is just something about a grown adult when they put on eagle shirt and go to a football game. you would have had to go to vet stadium to witness to understand. you would of thought they won something!

I'll bet...I'm a Chargers fan in TN...I was in my Tweens-teens when Dan Fouts was putting on quite a show...and never looked back...though it's been hard from time to time.

It was a sad day when Tiny announced he was an Eagles fan...I was like Eagles...why...NFC...why? There uniforms are even ugly...why? You got something against Lightening Bolts? Powder Blue?

I've only seen one Pro game live...it was back when the Titans were still the Oiler's and were playing in Vanderbilt's Stadium...The Chargers had come to town and it was the debut of Ryan Leaf. It was one of the few games SD won that year...and I was the only Chargers fan in the Stadium. The "fans" really hadn't adopted the team (Titans) yet...so no Crazies.

Now I have been to Knoxville and the sea of Orange at a UT game...that's a crazy place!!!

We played your soccer team in the old football stadium with the Plane Crash Memorial....that was sad...

I also found out why they call you guys the "Thunderin' Herd"...it was the first time I'd played on Astro turf...great Googly Moogly it sounded like a heard of elephants running around on that thing...

And I will add...the outcome of THAT game was significantly different than the outcome of the football game a few years later....

Its always nice to see so much diversity in fans. I think it always makes for great football conversation when you can talk to a couple of different guys from totally different parts of the country. I myself am a Cowboys fan but really only becaus i need to fill the weekdays between Irish football games.

Hey Guys,

Let me start by saying thanks to all of you that send your goods thoughts, prayers and well wishes. It was a long and exhausting day, my Dad made it out of surgery and woke up and had all the tubes taken out and recoginzed all of us. He is talking (a little confused still mind you) and even got to his feet last night. We did not get results from the tumor yet but this is a huge first step in a process that will take months (if not longer) to get over. I'm hopeful that all will go well today and we get some more good news. I will be in and out of work and the hospital today and will try and keep you guys updated.

Again thanks for the support, I don't think you all realize how much it helped yesterday when sitting in the hospital thinking that we were in your prayers.

I had a lot of time to think over things yesterday and just want to say keep all that you love close and remember how precious life and family are.

ok, it was just yest. that dd got her drivers lic. now today i come home and tells me she got a job at the local subway! well, how would you like to start paying for your car insurance,weekly,biweekly,monthly? i didnt tell her but as long as she pays for her gas, she can give me the money for her car insurance but dw and i will put the insurance money away for her.well give it back to her when she gets married or goes out on her own. (she wont know that) but thats the plan. she a good kid with good grades and dont give us any trouble. she buying dinner tonight!!!!

Two years ago we got him a McNabb Jersey and a Eagles Hoodie...the little guy started to cry he was so happy...so yeah he's a good kid.

I can't tell you how much I hate that show "Black Gold". I think it goes way over the top and in some ways portrays roughnecks in a bad light. Im a consultant and havent roughnecked for a few years but little has changed. Its still very dangerous work. On a lighter note its always a good day when i meet a fellow Domer! I get nothing but hate from the Longhorn and Aggie fans down here.
