the Ding again

OK here we go again. My DING isn't working again. I keep getting commun error, connect to eht internet . I am connected. I can't connect to SW. I already uninstalled and re installed with no change.
Anyone else having problems. help

I have been having this problem for several days now. My husband had changed a few things around on my laptop and I thought that was the problem. I have tried unsuccessfully to re-download DING, but it still tells me it can't connect to Southwest. I am sorry you are having the same problem, but I am glad to know that I am not alone in this.

I got DING going again. What I had to do was to un-install the program and then I re-installed it. Then after you select your airports, scroll down just a little, put in your zip code and click on register. Mine works now and it dinged when completed and I had a long list of DINGS. Good Luck!

I ddi all this and still nothing, thanks everyone I'll try later got to go to work.
