Out of curiosity, when you are checking in do they ask if you if you are interested in having a presentations, or sales breakfast, or whatever they lay on to entice you to buy timeshare?
The reason I ask, Is that I am sort of wondering if your answer to this question will influence where they put you. For example, if you are interested (even remotely) then from a sales point of view it would be beneficial to put you in a 'nicer' unit as you may be swayed even further by this to buy time here.
However if you are adamant you 'don't want to be bothered by sales calls' and have 'no interest in timeshare', then it sort of doesn't matter if you are in an 'older' villa from their point of view, as you are not the big fish they are trying to catch with a possible sale.
Just a thought?
