I switched back to regular Coke when I was pregnant- what a change when you are used to Diet!!!

PS: I hate you and Amy both for still fitting into your jeans. I was in maternity pants by Thanksgiving and I wasn't due until mid June... don't know if that was the baby or the fact that I made and ate a chocolate cake to celebrate "eating for 2!!"

Believe me, I ate for two when I was pregnant with Alyssa and that weight stuck around for way too long!

This time, I'm trying to be a little more sensible, but I've also been pretty sick, so that's "helping" things.

You may not want what they put in the gift baskets around here. Something about dirty pennies and diet coke, I think.

Thanks, if I could reach through my screen and drink that I would. My so called DH gave away all my stash of diet coke when the Dr said I could not have it anymore. I drink regular every now and then but my father has type 2 diabetes so I have to watch that too. I dont think an ice cream cake would hurt, do you?

Amy, I think we should start our maternity designs. I am 8 weeks today so I think that puts you 5 weeks ahead of me. I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday, but by my calculations I am due August 18.

Just curious...how did you like the Wilderness Lodge in Nov? I keep going back & forth as to where to stay.

We loved it, we had a view of the fireworks every evening (through some trees) and could lean over the balcony and see the water parade. The staff was quite freindly, most of the time. Just one bad experience, but it was resolved.

The rooms were quaint. The pool was very relaxing and getting to the other parks wasn't too bad. I would stay again, if they didn't have so many other resorts to choose from.

I just wish I had taken my mug from nine years ago for refills. I didn't know they allowed it.

I know this is totally off topic... But DD is sitting here singing "the Farmer in the Dell" She has a few of the words mixed up and I am trying to remember how it went. Is the order: Farmer takes a wife... wife takes a child... child takes a dog...dog takes a cat....cat takes a mouse...mouse takes a fish...fish takes a worm.... hi ho the merrio the farmer in the Dell? At least that is how I am remembering it.
O.K. enough of the afternoon sing-a-long. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.
