Well - marti and I might have been up emailing each other pretty late last night

That is my favorite show at Disney, soooooooooooo bummed that it closes on 1/21 and Marti and I arrive on the 22nd. We always sit in the same seats and get Minute Maid Ices and I get all teary eyed as the skaters go by an give Matthew five. We have some great memories from that theater.

I would love the recipe...maybe could even get my grandparents(we live with them) to eat it!!

I buy my tilapia frozen and it's really easy to work with.

Preheat oven to 375.

Season fish with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish and squeeze juice of 2 limes over fish fillets. Sprinkle 2/3 C. chopped onion over fish and bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes early.

In a saucepan, melt 2 2/3 Tbs. butter. Add 2 Tbs. flour and then gradually add 1 1/3 C. milk. Stir constantly over med-low heat till sauce begins to thicken; salt and pepper to taste. Add 1-2 Tbs. lime juice or to taste. Add 1/3 C. chicken broth and continue simmering till sauce has thickened to your liking. Place fish on plates and ladle sauce over the top; garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.

I get to go to my surgeon for a follow up to show him how well I'm doing. SIL is watching my kids, so I'm going to do some shopping afterwards. I'm hitting the bookstores, as I'm almost out of books to read. Can't let THAT happen!

Then it's home to fix a low carb supper, play a game or two with the kiddies and then off to book group. Wow, that actually sounds like a full day when I write it out!

I hope so too! For some reason, I'm really excited about the half marathon. I know I won't be running it, but the thought of actually participating tickles me pink. Considering where I was activity wise last year at this time, this is amazing!

I do think, though, that most of the excitement will come from getting to see so many of you. I think that those who don't want to participate should come anyway and cheer us on, and then stay to play in the World. Just think of it y'all, you'll have a newcomer to show around. I have seen the World through your eyes in writing, now it's time to show it to me in person.

I love your design! It is beautiful - your names are a little fuzzy - I would think about just printing them in white or a royal blue with a slim white trim

the thing about the Disneyland resorts is that they "cost" a lot more points than the DVC resorts - I will go check out how many points it is to stay there and let you know

I would just like to say that I have been "lurking" around here for a while, and I think that everyone's designs are just absolutely fabulous! I wish that I had some of the creativity that many of you had (not to mention the patience and the time that it takes to design these designs for the many of us that ask you for them!).

I know that in the future, when I am in need of some designs from all you wonderfully creative and friendly designers, they are as beautiful as usual.
