No coffee here, just a glass of milk and toasted Thomas english muffin with Matthew and a BIG squeeze(hug) before I got him on the school bus.

That sure sounds better than the yogurt I had for breakfast. My kingdom for a slice of bread!

Did any of you iron your designs on sweatshirts? If so...how did they turn out & where did you order them from?

I get to go to my surgeon for a follow up to show him how well I'm doing. SIL is watching my kids, so I'm going to do some shopping afterwards. I'm hitting the bookstores, as I'm almost out of books to read. Can't let THAT happen!

Then it's home to fix a low carb supper, play a game or two with the kiddies and then off to book group. Wow, that actually sounds like a full day when I write it out!

Good luck at the surgeon!!! You are doing great and im sure he'll be happy!
You do have a busy day!

Bob's your uncle is the British equivalent of easy as 1, 2, 3. I love it, think it's so expressive. I think we should all work it into our daily speech. Whatta ya think?

Thanks for the explanation. I like it!

I haven't made any Disney designs yet, but I have ironed designs onto sweatshirts before DDA. I used the Hanes sweatshirts available at AC Moore and light transfer paper. They worked out very well. Don't be too concerned if the sweatshirt that is hot is slightly darker than the rest of the shirt. It lightens back up as it cools down.

Glad to make his day. Don't know if we can talk about this, but tell the boys to toot one out for Unka Skunka.

Okay -- I couldn't stay away for long -- drat that work -- anyway, I've now joined the spit out diet coke on the computer screen club. And yes, they don't need any extra encouragement in that area!

I want to join in on this thread. All the really great posters are here. Even though I don't chat a lot, I read everything. My family thinks I'm nuts when I say a friend of mine had this or that happen to them. They don't understand the closeness here.

Amen to that DN!! I always say a friend also...but then maybe what it really is family....as Abi says "we have family and then we have chosen family". Well you all are part of my chosen family as long as you'll have me :)

Thanks. I've been working hard and it's nice to have it noticed. I really like my surgeon. He's so supportive.

Neither did I until recently. I tried some Tilapia, and it's so mild it doesn't even really taste like fish.

I've tried to figure out why I hate fish so much and this is the only thing I can think of: When I was a young girl, my grandparents took me and my family and my all my cousins camping at Yellowstone. We were in a cabin. One morning, grandpa got all the boys up early to go fishing. When they came back to the cabin, they deposited their catch in the kitchen sink. I came down for breakfast and found a sink full of trout some of them not dead yet. It was truly a shocking moment. Since then, no fish for me (until I found Tilapia).

Eww!!

And I love Tilapia....so tasty...but I only get it at restaurants...still can't stand the smell of fishie cooking

That's what I love about Tilapia. There's not a fishy smell while cooking. If you want the recipe for the Tilapia and Lime sauce, let me know. It was so yummy. Even my kids ate it. They protested until they tried the first bite, and then they just yummed it down! I love nights like that! It makes me feel so good!

I did it the same way as the T-shirts. I got whatever brand Walmart had. They've been washed and still look great! I'll find a picture for you.

Ok, all you DVC members, I have a question for you. I know, I know, I should go to the DVC forum, but you're all so helpful. Anyway, which hotels does it let you use around Disneyland? I watched the DVD I ordered and it doesn't really tell you much.

Ok. I have my photobucket account. I've posted my draft t-shirt design there. How do I get it to show here so that you can give me some constructive advice? :confused3 Thanks. :earboy2:
