Jennifer, I have belonged to
AAA since 1972 (when my parents gave me my first car) and find it to be VERY useful. Do you drive to WDW from Texas? If so, they cna plan a TripTok for you that is up to date with construction, etc. They can make motel reservations for you or you can make them yourself and receive a AAA discount on many of the best known chains. You can get discounts on car rentals with Hertz and Enterprise and Thrifty with them. Hertz is the AAA rental car company, but the other two give discounts here in our town too. AAA Disney packages and
DCL packages have some of the best discounts too, if you use a TA to make those plans for you. Our AAA agents have even applied our AP rates to room only reservations inthe past. I make my own plans usually, but three times I have had assistance from them because they were able to get things for us that I was unable to get. Plus they can save you time and their services are free as part of your membership.
They also have discounts on everyday thinigs like car repairs at certified repair facilities, historic site admissions,
Amazon.com, Casual Corner, etc.
Not all their discounts are Disney oriented so you ought to go to their website and see if it is worth it to you.
