Morning all. Haven't had tome to read. We leave in the am for a week and there isn't any Internet in the house we're renting. So have a great week! Sending hugs, PD, Get well vibes, and congrats to all.

Hope you and the figs have an awesome time at the beach!!

Good Morning DDA,

:wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: To all who need it

Extra :wizard: that Nick's test turns out fine

Robyn I fully understand your frustration in the situation, hang in there.

I just read in the paper that our governor has given the ok for rate increases in our homeowners insurance, mine will be going up 20.3%, not that it was any surprise. If I lived just one mile north of where I do it wouldn't be increasing, I just happen to be south of the line they used to determine the increase.

My DD called last night to let me know that my DGS fell yesterday and busted both lips and his front tooth is cracked, she is going to call the dentist today and try and get him in, please spread a little PD his way that he at least won't need a root canal. I fear this is just the beginning with accidents for him, he can be a "Wild Child". I hear he is following in his Daddy's footsteps on that one.

Well it's time to head off to work,

Have a Blessed Day,

Debbie

Debbie -- :wizard: for your DGS!

I have done a huge goof at work and it drives me crazy!! Mainly because when I goof it involves hurting a person's feelings. I mixed up the altar flower calendar and put the wrong name and information in the bulletin as to who donated the flowers this week. :guilty: Normally this wouldn't be too big of a deal but one is in memory and the one that is going up on Sunday is in celebration of their 2nd wedding anniversary. :guilty: The anniversary people are also extra sensitive and already feeling neglected over what I feel is an insignificant thing (no usher name tags, special ordered and FINALLY they came in this week!!). I've apologized profusely and I know it's my boo boo but the woman(older than me) was pouting on the phone and I wanted to tell her to grow up. I also want to keep my job so I didn't say anything. Doesn't help that I still don't feel good.

Thanks for letting me whine!!

Nancy it is so good to see your type face. I think Glynnis was talking about it. I think she is gone camping this week though.

Thanks Jennifer! I'll keep an eye out!!

Ok..... 165 pages to catch up on if you all quit posting right now :teeth:

It actually could be worse I suppose. I haven't really be on in 2 weeks. When we went for residency weekend trips over the winter you'd put up 50 pages in a few days! I guess I have busy summers to thank for you all keeping it down (relatively).

Unforunately, we aren't supposed to have internet until 4pm so I just dove head first into a HUGE project around here. I am going to attempt to get back to it and at least tackle a good part of it before coming back here. So start yelling if you see me before a few hours have passed! :rotfl:

 Good to see you, Nancy!! I hope that all is well with you and your family. Does summer mean a slow down for you or does it keep you just as busy?

Jennifer/Bear -- Thanks I'll keep an eye for Glynis.

Summer is slower in that I get to get Hang Out with thte kids, but that means keeping busy too doesn't it???
We spend most days by the pool. We'll head to Cincinnati for 2-3 weeks in July to stay with my Mom and visit with Kate and her family. So, I am not working at a paying job, but 3 kids all day is tiring!!!

How is your summer????

THeresa, I am sorry, hope your day gets better. I loved working at Church but hated all the "feelings" that could be hurt so easily. I guess it comes with the job. Just the fact that you feel badly says so much about your character!! :grouphug:

I'm home. Got here about 11:00 last night. Pal Mickey was here to greet me. He is looking forward to a fashion show today. He also has a tent and sleeping bag to check out. He is only home for a couple of days. We have to get him and the girls packed for their trip to Japan. They leave Sunday morning. I'm also packing up 6 build-a-bears with accessories for my brothers stepkids & baby.

Quickly scanned the posts. Here's some generic pixiedust: and :grouphug: for those that need it. Hope everyone has a great day.

I'll be on over the week-end but probably briefly as we are packing the girls up for their Japan trip. Mom will be here tomorrow to bring her dog for me to sit while she is there. Chuck's parents are coming over for a couple hours tomorrow as well. His dad is really stressing over Chuck. I probably shouldn't have told them. However, they were on the phone & asked me. I don't like hiding things.

Chuck had a rough couple of days with me gone. He didn't even make it to work yesterday. I was late for my meeting on Wednesday so that I could stay home and help him get ready for his meeting. He says some things are better while others are worse. He gave me permission this morning to call the doctor if I wanted to. :lmao: Obviously, he isn't going to call and complain but I'm supposed to. Ya gotta love it!

Japan? How long? Where? WHy?

PD for CHuck!!!!
