I am at Port Orleans Riverside. Unless she changed, Kristin is at POR because I knew that I could at least bump into her at the resort! We requested AB Bldg 38. We love the location of that building. Of course, I don't know if we'll get it but I don't think it gets lots of requests!

Vicki I am there Dec. 1-5. We are doing the Mickey/Minnie wedding/vow renewal and then the Wishes cruise on Dec. 2. I think we are supposed to meet at 7:45 for the cruise so the wedding/vow renewal will be set for 7:00 or 7:15. Stephanie & I are meeting for dinner at Concourse Steakhouse before that. I am scheduled for MVMCP on Dec. 4 which leaves Dec. 3 for the Candlelight Processional.
So I will proabally only get to see Kristine at the Mickey/Minnie weding/vow renewal. Vicki I will see you at the wedding and possibly at MVMCP if we choose that day.

Monday dawned and I knew it was going to be an unusual day because I had forgotten to set my alarm but got up at 7:45 when my alarm usually goes off. MTM said his feet hurt from all the walking and picture taking so he wanted to wear his slippers.
I said ok and put his Eagles sweatshirt on. So at least he was comfortable.
For us at work, the day just kept getting more and more weird. We were all ready to pack it in at about 3pm but just kept plugging along until 5pm

Here is MTM in his usual spot. Now the seniors look for him every morning and asked where his raincoat was. I told them I kept him dry this morning.

You can make your own Jibbitz!!!!

Use a Disney pin back!!! I saw someone's thread about how she was just playing around one day and stuck a pin back (so the "hole" is on the outside of the shoe) and it fit perfectly! You can jazz them up with some glitter glue or jewels...She even walked around with it in and shook her foot really hard to make sure it stayed in her Crocs...

I forgot to post this before we went away... I put a Mickey pin back into one of my Crocs a little over a week ago. I went out for my daily walk and it was gone when I got back. So....... if you really want to be sure they stay in I would say glue would be a very good idea.

Just called Dawn, and mom should be coming home tomorrow. Mom had gotten a cyst from her immunity being low, well the cyst got infected and the infection traveled to her right lung. A doctor removed the cyst today and she has been on antibiotics since Sunday.

for a speedy recovery.

Alyssa! I got my ears pierced when I was 4-5 and I still remember crying and telling my mom I wasn't doing the second one. It took her forever to convince me to do the other ear. I'm so glad they did both of hers at the same time.

BTW, her eyes are beautiful!

When Kristin was 5 she wanted to get her ears pierced. Bob had a rule that our daughters could not have that procedure done until they could explain to him why they wanted two extra holes in their heads. Kristin's reason was that with pierced ears no one would think she was a boy (she had a Dutch boy haircut).

Well, that was good enough for him, so off we went to the mall to get her ears pierced. We had all told her it would hurt, but there was no changing her mind. They got the first earring in and she was off that chair in a flash! There was nothing I could do to convince her to come back and have the second one done. I told her I would be waiting outside the store entrance and she could come tell me her decision out there because I did not want everyone in the store to have to listen to her crying. I sat on the bench and watched Kathrin talk to Kristin quietly for about two minutes and then they went back in and had the other ear pierced.

When they came out I asked Kathrin what she said to Kristin. She replied, "I just told her she looked MORE like a boy with only one earring."
