Go for it! It's a theme park for crying out loud, not the inaugaural ball!!
Well....... the only reason I haven't is because it's actually Kate with the fanny pack and multicolored crocs w/ socks :lmao: !!!!! But I am in my tiedyed Mickey shirt, and I will admit to wearing crocs one day with socks (I just don't have any pics of me in them).

Okay, I am on a roll. I figured I better post a picture of my youngest son even though his birthday was in January. I cannot find a pic of him at a younger age.

I am getting excited about my trip to the shore  :Pinkbounc :cool1: :woohoo: :bounce: :jumping1: :cloud9:

Terry -- your family is just adorable! Thanks for posting pictures so we "know" you now. :goodvibes

This is how I ALWAYS am with Disney! Crazy arn't I?!? We are already planning our 2007 4 night cruise for next December. (Thank goodness for TA discounts!) Gotta love those hidden Category 7 "open" balconies! (Apparently there are some Navigator Verandahs that are actually open, but one corner is cut off from the way the ship is shaped...)

Okay, Chanon, you got me. What is an "open" balcony? I've been on 8 cruises, and I thought all the balconies were open. We had an aft balcony on our Alaska cruise - it was awesome! So huge.

I am like you and have pictures on cds and many computers, but I organized them. I still gotta sort through and work on labeling things, but it has made it pretty easy. But I recommend you download Picasa, it is a free program made by Google. There are some things I wish it would do but you get what you pay for. :rotfl:

It searches every file on your computer and finds every image and organizes it by the file it is under. It has basic editing software, makes a basic slideshow, allows you to reorganize pictures, name them, you can also upload them directly to a website so you can order prints from some of the big photo retailers. You can import pictures from a CD or if the computers are networked together you can get pictures from one to another to organize all of them. It is very helpful as it puts all of your pictures together and allows you to easily view them.

Will be checking this out...Thanks

Hi! I just ran downstairs to the library (they have internet). John is upstairs with Rees. He is doing awesome and hasn't needed any pain meds! He's walked around once, been up twice to go potty. I'm amazed. They should be bringing him a grilled cheese sandwich pretty soon. Unless something happens, we should be home sometime tomorrow.

Gotta run as others need the computer. But Happy B'day to Delinda and Happy Anniversary to Vicki and Chuck.

Check with y'all later. Thanks for all the support and prayers!

I sounds like things couldn't be going any better. I'm so happy for Rees and your family.

Speaking of Crocs, I saw these at my Hallmark, they used to just have the plain Crocs but they now have these.

They had several colors for each design, I think they had another design but I can't remember. I saw these about a week ago and forgot about them until Vicki's post reminded me.

They are called Funky Feet and are made by EJ Enterprises There are some pairs on EBAY, they have Funky Feet logos on the side where the black Croc logo would be so I don't think they are real crocs but I'm not sure. It didn't seem to me like they are painted on but it might be. I can't remember how much they cost at the mall but I can check when I go again.
Oh Alyssa would love the pink ones. Do they have kids sizes?

I agree. I find it amusing how no one ever looks like I picture them to be!

The Navigator Verandahs are a balcony that's enclosed, but there is a cut out of a picture window to make it "open". Then they have regular verandahs, which are there balconies that are like every other cruise line. There's only maybe 8 on each side of the ship on three decks, and are cheaper than the regular verandah prices. I'll see if I can find a pic. :teeth:

Hey guys!

Denise -- I'm thrilled to hear that Rees is doing so well and loved PM!

I'm sorry I didn't get to give you all an update sooner. With the first of my staff days running long, I had to race to pick up the boys, get Andrew dressed and out to his baseball game, and then fed and laundry started before I could sit down to catch-up and post.

My DH has an appt in the morning for another doctor visit. The redness in his arm hasn't spread anymore, and it has faded a little. The bad news is that the center of the bite has gotten more purple, but we won't know until tomorrow if that is a problem. Thanks for all the good wishes and prayers. I'm terrified and am not good at all this wait and see stuff.

More :wizard: coming your way!

Thanks, Elin,
I really had a good time doing this.

Thanks to everyone who looked at the pictures.
Don't know if anyone noticed, but both my grandsons have blue eyes. I love telling everyone this because my DS and his wife have brown eyes and my DD has hazel eyes and her hubby has brown. This ole Omi was able to contribute and keep the blue eye tradition going :Pinkbounc

Terry -- very cute pictures of your family. Thanks so much for posting them!

I'm not sure I will have to go to the mall and check, it won't be till the end of the week. They also have the cheetah design in the pink. According to their website it looks like they have kids sizes but they don't have pictures and their descriptions aren't that great and it appears you have to order large amounts like a corporate account or something. :confused3

So I didn't think I would have time to come here and play today but I did. I got all my parts for my tree ready to go for Wednesday night. 13 Acorns, 10 roots, 1 trunk, 5 branches and a big bunch of leaves. I also have all of registration forms ready to go except for the two I must pick up on the way to my leader meeting tomorrow night. I created my timeline. I remade the broken flower pot. I just gotta print out the ceremony and cut apart the reading parts for the other people for Wednesday night and print some brochures. I hope that is everything. If not they will have to be happy with what they get.

Perhaps Thursday I will be able to catch up on sleep, before I am off and running in full on preparations for the 60th Birthday party for my Dad.

I think I'm confused :confused3 I thought you already had the ceremony. Isn't that where the pot got broken? You put so much time into all the preparations. I hope that the girls and their families realize how much you do.

Good Evening Everyone,
I just wanted to stop by and say hello, well the
reception has come and gone, it turned out very nice and was a lot of work but I'm glad we did it, she deserved some recognition for all her hard work.
I'll post a few more pics later but here's one of my DD and grandson the night of the reception, as you can see I've been playing with the border idea from the other thread.

I've stopped in and read for a while a few times but I still have a lot of catching up to do, I am going to look and see if I can find out how Rees did today, prayers that all is well and this is the answer to his troubles. Hope everyone haas a good evening.

Debbie

Glad to hear the party went so well! Your DD and DGS are beautiful! Great job on the frame
