I buy from them all the time. They are very quick, and I always get exactly what I ordered.

Thanks, June!! That's what I wanted to know!

Yeah, who knows. :confused3 I actually let it go, have been and plan on continuing to enjoy myself ...

-- and he's still totally in a funk. Geek.

Whatever! We just had a fantastic dinner, now we're getting ready to play one game of ESPN Scene It with my mom and sister (hey, we play Disney lots of times... I figure he can do this one this one day ;) ) and then I think I'm calling it a night. Hopefully 'everyone' will wake up on the right side of the bed tomorrow! :rolleyes1

Here's hoping!! :teeth:

Rees did very well with the Upper GI this morning. He got quite upset, but overall handled it extrememly well all things considered.

The Pediatric Surgeon, just called. Rees does have a Diverticula in the lower esophagus. He said it is in a very weird location (usually they are higher in the Esophagus), but isn't sure if that is causing all of Rees' problems. He also said the Fundo wrap looks very large, and it may be twisted or loose. He wants to take a close anatomical look at Rees himself. So next Thursday, May 25, Rees will go to Egleston Hospital to have another Endoscopy and an abdominal ultrasound. The surgeon will perform both tests himself. Rees will have to have general anesthesia again.

The surgeon said the surgery, if Rees needs it, is major and he would be in the hospital for at least a week. He doesn't want to do unless he has to, so we may end up trying the feeding tube route if Rees keeps losing weight.

So please pray we find a definitive answer to what is hurting Rees, that he starts eating, and maintains his current weight. We appreciate the prayers and support more than you can imagine.

You have it, Denise.

Wow, I'm impressed you actually serve side dishes with your tacos! I figure the taco itself covers most of the major food groups. :rotfl:

Amy :)

I want taco's I still haven't had any since the Taco Bell night, when Skunka went and got some for Marti. Now you have me hungry and Taco Bell is like a half an hour roundtrip from here and I shouldn't even be on the Disboards but I am, I really need to get back to my projects.

Why I ever said yes to having this display done by Sunday when it was originally not needed until June 7th is way beyond my comprehension at this moment in time.

I do, but I bought the ingredients today for Easy Mexican Lasagna. It's one of Brian's favorites. I just didn't sleep well last night and I don't feel like chopping up the chicken and assembling it (not that it's hard, I'm just lazy today).
That sounds yummy too. Can you post the recipe, please

The GI doctor's nurse just called because the Radiologist Report came back. It says the Fundoplication is Incompetent. That means it has failed. He is to call us tomorrow with more information. It also showed that Rees' stomach has rotated to a transverse (lying on its side) position which is very unusual and probably means it is trying to herniate. So, if this is all true, it does look like Rees will be having surgery. I will keep you posted. I told the nurse to have the GI doc call the surgeon so they could discuss treatment. I'll try to be back later.
:wizard: :grouphug: for rees

Jenn, I must have missed a post. When is/was his birthday?

It isn't until Saturday, but our schedule does not coordinate with my family's for the next couple of days.

(Which Amy already answered for me :) )

Thanks! We decided to take a walk for ice cream instead of shopping for flowers tonight, but I'll add this suggestion to Kevin's list!

Amy :)

Where do you walk?

Amy :)
:rotfl2: :lmao: I am diligently doing my computer work too, although it is not the computer work I should be doing. Although I have been looking through paper as I am dissing so I guess I am accomplishing something. Thanks for enabling me, Amy.

I came home last night and forgot to brag on Cassidy!!! (see what I mean :lmao: )

Cassidy had main parts to play/sing in three of the bands that performed last night (the other two were 6th & 7th grade band so they don't count :teeth: ). The entire 8th grade band has only 30 students in it (the smallest the teacher has ever had) so you can really every squeak but their rendition of a patriotic medley gave me goosebumps. She played the piccollo in addition to her flute in this medley. In jazz band she also had a soli...again I got goose bumps. The funnest part of the final concert every year is the final piece. Mr. Farrell is a percussion fiend and so he has the 8th grade percussion do a blue man group piece complete with the lighting!! Remember 8th grade band is small, so there are only 10 instead of the usual 20+ to do this piece. Anyway Cassidy and a friend were the girls who won the auditions for the singing part!! Quite hilarious to see my daughter up there in rope lights :rotfl2: . I love this finale!!

Done with what seems like my daily brag on my baby. :rotfl:
yeah Cassidy

Oh, Denise.... I hope the news is better. And if not, I hope the situation will be rectified very soon for all of you.

The Dr. thinks my rash is an allergic reaction to something. unsure what. she gave me a script for a steroid dose pack, and said to take an antihistamine such as claritin since benadryl knocks me out. she said I can take claritin twice a day.
