My DH is coming home tonight. He has been in Columbus since Monday on business..hey Kate & Amy how close is Columbus to you guys??? Maybe I'll have to come out with him someday & I can make a road trip to the cheesecake factory to meet you all.

Don't forget Jennifer and Julie are Cincinnatians too!

We all live about 90 minutes from Columbus.

And, we still haven't met at The Cheesecake Factory!

Guess what I get the Stupid Award for today. Earlier today I was cleaning the gunk of packing tape off a pair of scissors and cut my thumb.

Is there only one Stupid Award passed out each day?

Sounds like a great plan to me. Personally, I don't know her but that is the reason that I wanted to donate to the fund. I think it would be a very good use of the fund.

If you buy them from a seaside shop they usually just have a range of common first names... when I was looking for images to post though I did find some sites that do them as wedding favours with the bride and grooms name inside... that's what it was on the pic I posted

The aprons were a hit!

When I picked Julia up from school her teacher went on and on about it - she said her old apron was on its last leg!!

Then we were walking out and the assistant teacher told me how much she loved them and asked where I got them made!!!!!!!!! Then I heard her telling another teacher about them and how cool they were - that made me feel good!! Julia definately hit a home run with her idea!!

This is my new niece Taylor! She is nine months old. I was so happy to meet her, but Alyssa didn't like me holding her too much. It should be interesting to see her reaction when Matthew gets here!

I'd be willing to drive to Columbus for a "Cheesecake" meeting...I have family in Columbus that I can visit just about any time...and cheesecake gives me even MORE of an excuse to drive to Columbus...that and the fact my cousin has been trying to get me to see her new house for ages!

To avoid destroying grandparents' homes, we spent a lot of time at different parks this past weekend. As a result, Alyssa got to swing on all types of swings!

Here's my dad pushing her in a "baby" swing:

She also likes "big girl" swings now (that outfit should look familiar Kate! ):

And she loved this cool hollowed-out-tire-like swing:

The slides were very hot, but as you see, I took the brunt of the heat on this trip down:
