oo don't even get me started on the rest of him! He's going through a very messy divorce and his ex wife is a PITA and he panders to her every need. I wish she'd see sense and get out, but not only is she coo coo about him she's also fallen head over heels for his 5 year old daughter...

Makes me value my straight down the line, no messin' relationship with DH that's for sure

You're right though, it's friends like these that really make us value the things and people in our own lives!

It was his birthday...he is now officially an old man he said. He turned 39 today.

I am going to be so sick of birthday cake by the end of the weekend, that friend is making two birthday cake surprises for Saturday for the girls.

That's what DH said too! Last year he and BIL turned 40 and apparently BIL went in fighting the "old man" part as he planned a pie fight to celebrate. I was definitely sorry to miss that as apparently it was quite a night.

Oh good. I wouldn't want to upset you. Lime does become you though! If it helps, I probably won't get to ride the "good" stuff as Terra is just a little to short yet. Of course, she may be the one upset about missing Splash, but I would rather her first time on that was at WDW anyway so that she can sit beside me instead of in a separate seat in front.

DH turns 39 in June and he thinks he's an old man too. That's his main reason for not wanting a 3rd child. He thinks he's too old.

We will! Actually, this isn't very spur of the moment as I had been trying to go this weekend for several months. Airfare would never cooperate so I had given up hope. Then suddenly a last minute fare popped up and my friend was still happy to have us so I grabbed it. Luckily, we just picked up a clean load of laundry on Monday or we would really have a problem! Hopefully, I'll get to see my sister, niece and nephew for a day too as her in-laws live in CA as well and they are visiting this week already. Bonus!

I just checked one way airfare and it would be about $150. So for now I can't go. We just have way too much planned the next couple of months and $$ is tight. I will keep checking and if I can get the fare for under $75 then I will be coming. I don't know if it will happen as it is the holiday weekend. Keep your fingers crossed.

I will then only have to decide if I send Molly up with him or see if my mom would watch her for the weekend.

My youngest ds Riley has had a rough week, a fat lip from baseball, a swollen & bruised knee from baseball, & a jammed swollen finger from basketball He wants to play football this year, I am almost scared to think what might happen to him!

Well it's official!! No WDW for us this summer. We spent the last month trying to figure out some way to go even for a quick trip but no go...I just cancelled our reservation and will go home and cancel our meal ressie's

Come heck or high water we will make it next year!!

I can't believe how much more Nick gets hurt than Julia!

My brother played football his whole life - even in college - I don't know how my mom sat through the games - but my brother tells me that they teach you how to fall and take hits

I have no doubt they gave me too much. My blood pressure dropped after he gave me the morphine before delivery and they had to drop the head of the table. Then I started vomiting in recovery and they gave me more meds. I plan for this one to be very different.

Deb: you might want to remember when you go to meet Tia - that she DOES NOT look like Aurora!! cause that's who'd I be looking for!!

I don't know how much lead time you would need, but check that week too. I have seen some really good deals come out the week before a holiday for flights right around the holiday. If you make it we'd love to meet you!
