We have always done Eastern on DCL but this one is the double dip to CC and then Costa Maya and Coz - Western.
Which are you doing??

We've always done Eastern as well, but are doing the Western with GC and Coz in July. I hope you have a fabulous cruise with great weather! :sunny: :sunny:

Is yours a double dip?? Grand Caymen is one of my favorite Islands and Coz my worst so I wish we were going to GC instead, we have been to Costa Maya a couple of times before and there is not much to do there so we will probably stay mostly on the ship except for CC.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for all your posts and PMs regarding our open house today. I'm disappointed to report that nobody showed up though. I know our house has only been on the market for a week, but it's discouraging that we haven't had a single person walk through yet.

But at least the house is clean...it'll just take maintenance now, and hopefully not the back-breaking scrubbing Kevin and I have done for the past week. We're both exhausted and crabby.

:bday: Happy Birthday Paul! :bday:

It sounds like you and Matt had a nice day together. :goodvibes

No, no double dip. We thought about it, but the timing worked out better for the one we booked.

I certainly hope all the sick DDA kiddos and family members feel better soon! :wizard:

Here's some :grouphug: for all of the exhausted moms and dads too!

And here's some :sunny: to encourage some sunny days this week, for all of us (physically and mentally!).

Amy :)

I know that has to be very discouraging, but I bet traffic will pick up in the coming weeks. Please take care and get some rest. :sunny:

DS came to ask if he could ride his bike so I said yes, a little later a neighbor from down the road drove him home, he fell off his bike and both knees are scraped and bleeding but he won't let us near him!!!

Hopefully his injuries aren't too bad. :grouphug: to DS. My Emma is just like that, she gets hurt and is screaming but won't let us touch her to clean the wound or even to give her a hug.

He is fine, wont let us clean it and is walking around on his toes but I guess he will survive and it could have been worse and of course the first thing I asked was 'were you wearing your helmet' which he was :thumbsup2

I am a bit tired today, if I could mainline some coffee I just might.

DH just left and the girls are a tad sad, so we are off to play in the back yard.

I did read all the posts, but I didn’t take notes this round. Sorry.

So PD and prayers to all who could use them.

Happy happy joy joy for all who have had good things happen.

I am off to find any thing with mega caffeine, it’s only 2:10 and the girls wont go to bed for another FIVE plus hours. Maybe I will use toothpicks to keep my eyes open.

Paula,
:grouphug: and some coffee to you. I hope you enjoyed your time with your DH. Sorry that it ended and the girls are sad. :grouphug: to Ellie and Bethie. I am going to PM my info to you, so if you get a chance to come over I would love to meet up with you.

princess: Happy Birthday Alyssa! princess:

I hope you (and your family) had a delicious meal at IHOP!

Amy, Kevin, and Alyssa :)

Denise, I too just want to let you know what an inspiration you are to all of us. I think we each deal with issues with our kids each and every day, but you definitely help me to put everything into perspective. Every child and every person has talents and gifts in some areas and problems in others. Unfortunately some have to deal with much more serious problems than others, and as others have said, you do so with strength and grace. I don't doubt that you would have moments where you need to cry and question. I do that some days over much smaller issues, so it is only natural that you would need to vent/let it all out in order to help cope and deal with things. Rees and all the figs are lucky to have you and John as parents. You should never feel bad for needing to have emotional moments. I imagine it is actually quite healthy.

Hugs :grouphug: to you and your family and prayers and PD that you will get answers for Rees and that the doctors will find a solution with as little pain for Rees as possible.

Ellen

Well Said!

Woohoo!!! My Dec. trip is booked! Chuck & I will be at Disney Dec. 1-5 at POR. We arrive about 1:00 pm on Friday and leave at 3:30pm on Tuesday. I'm calling to see if I can get MVMCP tickets for Dec. 4. I will be upgrading to AP's before the trip since we'll be going again in March (& hopefully Oct. 2007).

We will not be able to do DVC this year as I was hoping. I haven't given it up but I've started thinking about other places I want to visit so want to make sure we will continue to go to Disney several times a year before committing.

So now I need to research what else we want to do while we are there. We want to spend our time seeing the things that are special for the holidays. We probably won't ride many rides (except POTC since it was upgraded since we were there). So ... what are your favorite holiday things to see?

Thank You all for the birthday wishes...

Spent the day with Matthew, Marti left for NJ around 10am and got there about 3pm.

Matthew and I went to Home Depot to get some lumber for a diggin' dirt box, went into town to our favorite ice cream shoppe and sat by the erie canal. When we got home we started "fabricating" (Matthew watches too much American Chopper) his box. We also put his swings back up along with the canopy for the fort, played alittle football, did some drawing with chalk on the driveway(Matthew wrote We Miss Mommy--and WE do) and washed my truck. Went to Wendys for dinner, he is in the shower and then we are going to watch some wrestling that we tivo.

Marti should be home around dinner time Mon, try and keep it down, last week it took her like 4 hours to catch up...

Maybe I'll see you later...

Denise, hope the fig kids are well and enjoyed the movie. I'm still waiting for my knock knock jokes.

Sounds like a great way to spend your Birthday.
