Hi everyone.
Hope you all are doing well.
Just popping in to say the move went well.
All settled in before the rain hit.
Pretty much all done unpacking.
I cheated.
Apartment has been empty since 4/8/6.
So I have been moving things in since then.
Just needed the furniture, kitchen stuff in.
The girls ( ) are a bit confused.
Need to get some food & Ramiro pictures up in his room.
Hoping I can get caught up Sunday.
Only 250 pages behind so far.

Just a quick update, Ty, the little boy I babysit, came home from the hospital yesterday on mega doses of antibiotics. He has a staph infection but is home and doing well. Thanks for the and prayers

Now I need some for Molly. We have been out all day, Emma's soccer game, birthday party and then to my inlaws for dinner. Molly was fine all day, but when I put her in her carseat to come home she screamed bloody murder. Didn't think too much of it as she is extremely tired and just thought she was past her limit. Then when I put her in her pj's she screamed again, I was trying to put her arm in her sleeve. So I think she may have hurt her arm. She was in a moon bounce at the birthday party. I don't think she broke it as she is moving it but only slightly. We are watching Dumbo, her absolute favorite, until we leave for her dr's appt at 9pm.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Denise, I completely understand the want for him to reflux. It is so much easier to know what you are dealing with then the unknown.

Im back from the florida trip and have finals and projects and papers for the next few days...My semester is officially over on the 8th, but after tuesday, ill be much more relaxed!
Our family friend , alyssa, that i posted about is not doing good at all..Shes on new medicine and had another surgery yesterday--im hoping things turn around but as of not, its not looking good..we may go see her in the hospital (4 hours away) next weekend, depending on if she is awake..
hopefully i will have good news next time i post!

I just came back from the ER. My finger kept swelling and it had a bruise on it, and the pain was getting worse. I had an X-Ray and fortunately it is not broken, but the doctor said that the liquid from the nuckle that joins the pinky finger and the hand, dispersed. I don't know exactly how to explain this in english, but it's sort of a little bag that popped open and caused the inflammation. I got a half splint up to my elbow!! And it's my right hand, so that makes it worst, and I'm trying to type this the best I can, but still...
Anyway, I'll be able to remove it in 10 days. I'll cope with that (and I hope the kids too!!).

I am home from work and caught up on all the goings on here. Sounds like some of you could use some and . I got home at about 11 PM and Chris, Nick and Hunter headed out to our backyard to campout in the tent. We dug the tent out today as Nick and Chris are going to a Boy Scout camporee next weekend. I think they are nuts for being outside tonight. It is supposed to get down to 34 degrees tonight. Hunter lasted 10 minutes then came inside to a hot bath and his warm bed. He has 0% body fat so he gets cold easily. So far Nick and Chris are still out there. I spent most of my day Spring Cleaning my camper. I always wash everything, walls ceiling cupboards, dishes, linens, etc each spring. I spent 5 hours and didn't get everything done, but needed to go to work. Hopefully I'll finish tomorrow. We also have to go to camp and clean out the sugaring lines which means trampsing through the woods getting soaked. Something that I'm not looking forward too.

We are home from Molly's dr appt. I can't believe that we are home within an hour of us leaving to get there. It is always a 2 or 3 hour ordeal. Anyway, apparently Molly dislocated her elbow but it popped back into place by itself. They said that it is common for kids her age. Told us to give her motrin and just be careful with her arm. What had me so freaked out about her arm is that last year we had a nutcase, I am being very, very polite here, of a neighbor who decided to call Social Services on me and my DH for child neglect in an attempt to get back at any one of her neighbors that she could. SS came in for a home visit and pretty much laughed at the fact that they were even in my home. She is a drug addict and abused her 3 children and all other sorts of horrors, I could go on and on about how this woman messed with so many families on our street for a long period of time but it's not worth it. Thankfully, her kids were finally taken away from her. But after having Social Services come into my home and question us, I am so leary about anything like this happening. I know we did nothing wrong but it is very unnerving. Sorry for rambling but I had to get that off my chest.

I hope the motrin helps with the pain. Don't worry about this. They said it was common and I'm sure they know you're a good mom just by how worried you were. I hope today goes better for you and Molly.

Boy, when I don't get sleep my brain dies! Good thing I'm not working a night shift now. It was the humerus (upper arm bone) and she's in a cast up to her shoulder for 4 weeks. She stuffed lite brite pegs down it Thursday and had to have an entirely new cast put on yesterday. Her mom was thrilled!

I know it's not funny to the mom but the litebrites that just cracks me up. Zachary broke his elbow jumping off the couch 2 years ago. He had the same kind of cast, I was so worried he was going to get it wet. I never thought of him sticking anything down there.

This afternoon Nick spiked a bad fever again - it went up to 103.6 rectally - that obviously freaked me out a bit - 104.5 is where my doctor tells you to go to the hospital

luckily the medicine dropped the fever and he seemed much better

then tonight I put him to bed and he came running out and holding his head and screaming bloody murder - it hurts, it hurts OWWWWWW - he calmed down after a few minutes - the same thing happened last night - I am guessing he has a sinus infection and when he lays down it hurts and then once he stands up it relieves the pressure

I feel so bad for him and I feel so helpless - I might take him to urgent care tomorrow if I don't see drastic improvement

I hope he can get some releif. Do you have a recliner so that he can rest/sleep partially upright to help with the pressure? Not sure if it would help him or not.

Oh man, I missed a Cracker Barrel reference?!? I LOVE Cracker Barrel. Our closest one is about 40 minutes away, but not accessible since we don't have a car. I'm counting the days until my mom and dad come to visit in a month. I've already claimes an early trip visit to Cracker Barrel for a belated birthday meal! I'm also contemplating renting a car for my birthday weekend so that we can do soemthing fun and, of course, hit Cracker Barrel.

I won't get to go til July when we visit family. I think you should go for your birthday great food for a birthday meal.
