I am only up to page 1725 and have so much to go. Here is what I have to say so far………

Piddile, first it’s Crush, and then we have Disney DDA, along with wdwfanz and now 1-Alterego. I can’t keep up with Sybil and all her friends. For the love of Dole Whips!!!

I bought more fabric and fixed the pillowcase (ggggrrrrrr), but I have yet to embroider on it. I hope to get that done some time tonight.

Good Golly Miss Molly! I am gone for 24 hrs and you all have a SPP (supper posting party). What’s the deal with that?

Ok I lost the Strawberry Daiquiri Cake recipe. Can I have it again please?

Denise, Lynn, Julia - How was the Cheesecake Factory? I don’t want to know how fun it was to meet other DDA’ers, I want to know what kind of cheesecake you all had.

I do hope you all had a nice time.

Denise how is the stroller find coming along? AND CHEESCAKE is not a good food to eat while trying to drop unwanted pounds. However if you turned you plate counter clockwise and ate the cheesecake with your non-normal eating hand… it negates the intake of calories.

- about your sewing issue… will you take a picture of it so I can get an idea what you are talking about?

Jennifer my favorite restaurant in Downtown DL is Le Brea Bakery Café (they have yummy scones and the best desserts for after a long day in the Land).

- The video was way to funny, poor guy.

- Prayers and prayers and more prayers for the lady and her kids. My question is what drugs is everyone on? The kid talked about and has now tried to end his life (by the way this kind of stuff chaps my hide) for the love of Pete he should be under 24 hr supervision at this point until they deem him not a threat to himself or anyone else.

- those are just a few website I found.

Kristine- Love the picture of the kids, DH and Pal Mickey.

Vicki (a.k.a. DDA Historian) – Can Pal Mickey where build a bear clothes, doll clothes from like Michael’s?

Who all is going on the DDA trip?

Can some one send me maps just so I can dream and plan for my trip in 2-3 years.

Hunka – if you Matthew have had a set itinerary 2 weeks now…. What are you doing with Marti? Is she just a Steamboat out of water?

Chanon – thank you for the meatloaf recipe. After I drop a few pounds I will make it for the family.

Tiner1bell – love your story, I love it when CM’s are so great.

Deb how’s the leak in the sink?

Marti – I see you are trying to be an internet interrogator w/ wdwfanz… I have a few suggestions for you.
  • TYPE IN CAPS (they hate that)
  • Ask more than a few questions.
  • Always quote something from a movie.

Dawn - I think you can add lace (whit or pink) and trim the rest of the room in pink.

Ok, Ellen, you have to tell me how you liked my state? Did you like Bryce and Zion? What about Lake Powell. Would you recommend Utah for a vacation spot for DDA'ers?

It's good to "see" you again! I've been wondering how your trip went. Good to have you back!

Hi Glynis! We absolutely loved everything! Bryce and Zion were both amazing. Everything is just so beautiful, and so different from where we live. Lake Powell was very pretty, and I can see that it would be very popular in the summer. We took a boat tour on the lake and saw the Glen Canyon Dam, and then the next morning we took a tour of a slot Canyon outside of Page and took a lot of really cool pictures.

I would highly recommend Utah as a beautiful vacation spot to anyone who likes outdoor type activities. We took a lot of hikes, and a ton of pictures. We kept stopping the car to look and take pictures, we were laughing at ourselves that we kept being amazed by the beautiful changing landscapes. It seems that every few minutes we would see something else that we had never seen before.

Some day if we have more time I would definitely like to spend more time travelling and seeing the country, and spending more time at each spot.

What is the rest of Utah like? I hope we get a chance to see more of it for ourselves some day.

Ellen

my name is grizelda, i am not sure that you a being very nice.

Grizelda

I am so sorry - I made a very big assumption - I think the z in your screen name threw me off for some reason - but now I see it probably came from your name

I really am trying to reach out and be nice to you - we seem to have some things in common

I love your name - is it a family name?

Do you have any kids? Have you been to WDW? How did you find us here?

I really would like to get to know you - and maybe when I visit my cousin we can meet!!

Glad you all like my watches. :)

I actually have 2 of the 75 years with Mickey. I was wearing the one I bought so my sister gave me another for my birthday one year. I wish the Cinderella Castle one would have came in a tin, but it was a promo through Kodak film.

And Marti thought I had alot of watches...

I have been asked to reveal Pal Mickey's official logo and his standard issue t-shirt that he will have on when he arrives (I think)

Be sure to post a picture of the finished pillowcase. I'd love to see it :)

I have to condense all of my comments into one post. My computer is so slow it's like it is back on dial-up.

Ellen - welcome back!

Glynis - I will keep you posted on the ski trip plans.

June - I've seen that before and always tears me up.

Thanks to everyone for Nicholas' congratulations. He was thrilled to get a new belt and then see the remarks from you all. I will try to post some pictures in the next day or two. Afterwards we went to Scoops homemade ice cream to celebrate, so I missed AI. Can anyone give me a recap?

What's the chances the site will go down again tonight? That seems the only way I can keep up at night.

Good night all!

- do either of these have the aftertaste that plagues other diet drinks? I got some of the Cherry~Vanilla Diet Coke and it was better than others, but not good enough to make me want to drink it in place of water.

My hisband picked up the new Blak Coke and nearly threw it back down when he realized it is supposed to have coffee in it. :lmao: Loved watching the horror on his face. :rotfl2: ( Can you tell we do not drink coffee?)

I want to try the berries and cream but haven't had a chance....we haven't needed pop in awhile. All the little kiosks they have to try the new drinks are for the diet and that's a no no in our house.

Theresa, care to buy another vowel... :rotfl:

The lowest I've seen is $2.87, the highest around $3.10ish. It seems like we'd have lower prices since we have an Exxon refinery in Baton Rouge.

Paid $2.95 at BJ's Wholesale this morning...

Good night all!

AI recap - my opinion only -- not a great night for most of the contestants. Chris and Elliot were great. Elliot had Paula in tears which in turn had Simon laughing. It was a fun hour. My guess (at least I pray) is that Pickler is gone. Paris wasn't that great either. Should be interesting.

And Paul has finished watching the Unit - watch out for him people - he's in rare form.

Build-a-bear clothes do not fit him unfortunately. The sweaters at Michael's fit him nicely. This site, www.teddyclothes.com, has clothes that fit him. The 10-12" bear size are what you want. The pants are a little big but stay on him. These can also be found at JoAnn fabrics. The shirts from the 18" American Girls fit him. Their shorts make nice pants (a little large around the waist but stay up). Build-a-bear does have a small & medium line of clothes that it sells at Target and the medium size sometimes fits. I've not found them at our Target though.

I have went shopping at Goodwill & St. Vincent's. Many times there are stuffed animals there that are willing to "donate" their clothes to Pal Mickey. I mean how many bears actually need to wear clothes. Winnie the Pooh traded Mick for the pajamas you see in my signature. Pooh got a pair of pants to replace the pj's. He was one bear that needed some clothes!!!!!

Amy and Julie

where are you?

I am going to have to call you all tomorrow if you don't post soon!!
