They are adorable. I love the Easter dresses. I want them to come out with a Pal Minnie so I have a little girl to dress. There are soooooo many cute girl outfits and I don't think Pal Mickey would be happy wearing them! :rotfl2:

Here are the baby bunny twins -- Mocha and Lavender. They are the size of the Build a Bear stuffed love you can get at Target, which is where I get their clothes.
BunnyTwinPrincesses.jpg

They are more Pal Mickey's size. Actually smaller. I looked at his clothes while at WDW last month, and the clothes are too big for them. I also bought them a WDW HCOE shirt in XS, and it was too big too. But tell your daughter it is the perfect size for an American Girl doll. So far their only WDW clothes are the golden Mickey ears from a key chain. And all my BABW stuffed love get necklaces from WDW (beaded mickey head kid-size bracelets).

She is darling! I didn't know they were going to have a store at NP. Good to know!

They just opened it on Friday. It's in the new connector section between Nordstrom and Foley's. If you're coming out of Nordy's, take a left at the connector section, walk past the big orangey-red modern art sculpture, and it's on your right across from Libby Lu.

Now I don't have to drive all the way to Grapevine for new outfits. I go online and giggle at the outfits when I'm having a bad day at work.

Thanks for the ideas. I just may have to get myself a little build-a-bear instead. I forgot about the clothes at Target for the smaller ones. I didn't want to get a big build-a-bear because she would overpower poor Mickey.

It is not an open book quiz -

you have to watch it before you can see the questions!!

Hi!

I LOVED High School Musical. We watched both the Dance along and Sing along versions on Friday night, then the Singalong version again on Saturday night (we'd Tivo'd it at my dad's house -- won't he be surprised when he figures out what is on there, because we also Tivo'd Kim Possible... hee hee!)

I think I'm ready for the quiz. Please send it over when you aren't Crocs shopping!

TIA!

I think the chain for Joe is a great idea! At 6yo we started my sister's chain at 100 days and it wasn't too much for her. Plus, I think that something concrete for him to have representing a trip for him later in the year would go a long way to help him get past Lizzie's trip. Maybe you could also take him out for something special locally (even just ice cream or something) to spend a little extra time with him before or after Lizzie's trip.

Enjoy your mommy time! That will be a nice time for you and your friend (or was it friends?). You'll have a great time in the end!

Yes...I think taking Joe out to breakfast or something is a great idea. He's such a sweet boy that when I suggest something like that he asks if Lizzie & Emma can go too. But I think he needs some one on one time with Mom.

You could get boy BABW clothes for Mickey at Target. And you could get yourself a second Pal Mickey, buy the girl BABW clothes at Target, and voila! you have a Pal Minnie.

Only problem is that Pal Minnie would talk in Pal Mickey's voice!!!! :rotfl2:

Shouldn't I be more excited about my trip in a week? I'm feeling guilty for leaving the kids & DH at home. I've told them (uh... the kids) that I'm going on a business trip in FL and that if they are good I could get them a surprise at the airport. I haven't told Joe or Emma that I'm taking Lizzie on 5/19. I know Lizzie will have a great birthday trip and Joe did have a solo trip last Aug (and will likely have one in Oct) but I just know that Joe will be heartbroken. I think he's my real Disney fanatic-he loves TTA and CoP. He told me a few weeks ago "Mom I've never been to Disney when I'm 5 so I want to go tomorrow." I think I might make a count down chain for him for our Aug trip before I tell him about Lizzie's trip. But maybe a chain 100 links long would make it worse???? He's also been have some middle child problems lately too. I know he feel neglected-Lizzie needs attention after school with homework and Emma like being a baby. My poor little sensitive guy.

I think I'm also not too excited because I've got a lot to do to get ready-pack, make a shirt & card for Lizzie for the Pooh characters to sign, get stuff ready for DH and lots of work too. I want to make more autograph cards for my trip with Lizzie so I should probably do that before I go too.

Well I guess I better get to bed so I can face all that work.

I would love to take one child at a time (then I would get to go more :) ), but it would be hard.
I would also love to go w/o kids, but I do not think that will happen anytime soon.
Good luck.

Deb...thank you.I'll probably take you up on that in a PM.I know who to come to to vent!

I'm happy that your party was such a sucess! :cool1: Like we doubted it would be ya Super Woman you!! :teeth:

 CONGRATULATIONS PAULA!!!

Orginally posted by Amy

:lmao: OMG ya made me snort!!!

Hi Steffy!!! ..good to see you too!

I have a question....are the Payless Crocs as comfortable as the real deal? I saw the ones in Walmart and they were pretty stiff.I tried getting the Payless crocs last year but none of them carried them around here.I want to try the cheapies before parting with ,what are Croc,$30 or $40 bucks??!?

I have a pair of real Crocs, and a pair of Payless (tie dye) crocks. I think they are both comfortable, but the real pair are a little more comfortable. I don't think there's too much of a difference, though. I didn't like the Walmart ones when I tried them on. However, my twins each have a pair of the Walmart brand, and they like them. I'm buying my mom a pair of the real ones for Mother's Day this year. She's a diabetic, and is having real trouble with her feet lately. She wore my red crocs for a day, and had no foot pain at all. So, I'm off to Cabela's to pick her up a pair! She tried on the Payless ones, and didn't find them as comfortable in the long run!

JMO.

Thanks for stopping in! I'm sorry to hear about your father :grouphug: Come back as often as you can.... it's still a really great place for friendship, and now that we have our own board, there's hardly any designing on this particular thread to take us "off topic" ;)

Guys - could we have a noticeboard in the new site? For stuff like this?

A wanted section - things they don't sell in your area... crocs and candy, stuff you need from WDW - mouse ears etc

And a I have for sale section - old Disney memorabilia you just can't house, crocs that don't fit - old MNVSHP colstumes - baby clothes...

What do you all think?

ps Denise I hope someone can find the crocs for you :)

Good idea Clare!

After the party we went to the large indoor outlet mall, walked around, went to Bass Outdoor Pro shop to see the aquarium/boats/rock wall.

Denise,

Were you at Discover Mills?? That would have been a great DDA meet!!! I am only about 15-20 minutes from there. I am thinking again about Tuesday PM......I will let you know. If I can make it then Perimeter would be closer. I will let you know.

When I got overly excited about a milestone and miscounted by a 100, someone told me I'd find proof that someone else had done this on the monster thread. Here it is:

Ahh, fond memories. My first ammunition for joining Amy in picking on Kate. At least now it all goes and comes around evenly throughout the group! ;)
