Here is Mya when she was a puppy. This is before we got her. You can see they spoiled her on their laps as well.

Well I think you did a great job with your alter ego :teeth:

The suspense was killing me too. Like at Christmas, I want to tell everyone what I got them months before the day. I am so bad with suspense, and I hate surprises!

She is a beautiful Lady. I don't think that she is your little girl anymore.

We had a good day. Slept in, and I made a big ole Southern b'fast with biscuits, grits, eggs, bacon. Yummy! Then BK had a princess dress-up b'day tea party. She went as Belle and looked so pretty. I took some pics and will try to post later. After the party we went to the large indoor outlet mall, walked around, went to Bass Outdoor Pro shop to see the aquarium/boats/rock wall. We ate dinner at Johnny Rockets and then rode the carousel. They have the tea cups (like WDW) on it, so guess what the kids and I picked! We spun so fast I thought we were all going to be sick. It was so much fun!!! They are in bed, and DH and I are relaxing.

Oh, and BK got bit by a spider last night on her ankle. It has a big ulcer and is oozing now. It doesn't look like a Brown Recluse bite, but if it's not better we'll have to go to the doctor.

sorry to hear about the bite.

Tia & Chanon I added a day to our trip, so we will now be going to MNSSHP on the 5th as well :hmghost: I have adr's for LTT at 4:20pm. Will you both be here this night? Maybe we could meet up somewhere here :thumbsup2 Where are you eating at?

YUMMY!!! If I can have gravy instead of grits that is my favoritest breakfast ever! BK's party sounds like of fun, I can't wait to see pictures. That bite however does not sound fun at all. I hope it looks better by morning. I'm glad that you all had a fun and relaxing day.

Oh she is so cute :goodvibes

We spent the afternoon at DS baseball game and Aubrey and I did the dugout and recorded the scoring, I took my camera and took pics of the boys and left my camera haning on the fence by the dugout.
Remembered it about 3 hours after the game when we were coming home from my mom so went past the field to look and it was hanging exactly where I left it - That was so lucky!!!!

I'm sure someone's already answered this: www.flylady.net. She is great at helping you deal with CHAOS (Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome). She teaches you how to declutter, organize, and have fun doing it! Love her!
Thank you Glynis!!! I will check it out tonight.

That is great news! I did that same thing with my wallet last spring! I had taken Terra (then 2yo) and my 3yo niece to Target. It was my sister's wedding day and we were running a couple of last minute errands before heading to the hair salon with the other girls. I didn't notice for about 2 hours after having my hair done. I went into total panic mode because all of my money, debit card, license, etc was in there and I wasn't sure how I was going to fly home a few days later without it. I called the store and no one had turned it in. I took a chance and went by the store before heading to the park for the ceremony. There, in the parking lot, sitting in the cart was my wallet almost 3 hours later! We had used one of the fancy kid carts with the plastic seats attached and the cart attendants hadn't picked it up from the parking lot yet. I jumped out of the car and ran for it while the people in the parking lot looked at me like I was insane. I was SO lucky and SOOOO thankful it was still there.

Deb,

How did the Anniversary Party go tonight? I'm sure you are exhausted. I was thinking of you today. Post some details and pictures when you get a chance.

The party isn't until 6:30 tomorrow night. :guilty: I am tired though, it was a busy day and I got nothing done here. We got up and went to breakfast. We stopped at the florist to pick up the cake toppers and they really screwed them up! We are making 2 chocolate and 1 white cake and all 3 will be frosted white. The two smaller cake toppers were made with a white rose center, 4 small ruby colored mini carns, white babies breath and a white bow under the flowers. They were so white that all you would have seen is the 4 mini carns. The florist wasn't there so the salesperson did her best to rectify the situation and added a ruby colored bow under the white one. I'm still not happy, but we were running late my then. The main cake topper is my parent's original bride and groom cake topper. I just wanted flowers added around the base to tie it into the other 2 cake toppers. It is huge. It must weigh at least 5 lbs. I'm not sure how I'm going to put it on the cake without crushing the cake. We had also make little 40th medallions to put into the flowers, but they said they couldn't incorporate them into it, so I'll need to do it myself. I will think twice before using that florist again. So by the time I sorted through that mess we were late getting the Boys to the Wall which is an indoor rock climbing facility that we were having a cub scouting event at. My oldest decided that he didn't want to climb. Hunter is a Monkey Boy and made it to the top of the 40 ft walls 15 times. Colby even climbed. He made it to the top of the volcano 3 times. I was so surprised that such a little guy had so much strenght. Since we were running late I forgot my camera so I have no photos :guilty: Hunter knows that I never back down from a challenge so he and I raced to the top 5 times and he beat me 3 out of 5. I'm just glad I beat him twice. He is so light and so strong that he is like a spider. Me, not so much  . While at the Wall a friend started talking about the suprise party for her dh tonight. I had totally forgotten as I was supposed to work. He was being honored as the citizen of the year in our town. It was an invitation only event and we felt that we should attend. It was also a potluck event (I live in small town USA, everything is pot luck) So we got home and I had to rush to throw together a dish to bring and I haven't been shopping recently as I wanted room in my fridge for Party stuff. Somehow I pulled off a last minute dish and we rushed to the hall. It was a very nice event and he was totally surprised. We ran to the store to get bread and milk, dropped the kids off at my parents (Nick and Hunter only) then came home. I decided that it was too late to start anything tonight so I'll have a bunch to do tomorrow. Chris will help so hopefully it won't be too bad.

Oh Vicki, she is a beautiful young lady. I am not looking forward to this day at all. I do have at least 12 years yet.

Wow you are very lucky! Glad you found it!
