I had my verey first peep last weekend - I just thought they seemed disgusting - I should have kept up that illusion - b/c they were delicious!!
I think they're disgusting too, but they're awful cute!
ETA: I misread your post, but I still think they're disgusting! I'm not a big marshmallow fan, though. The EB brought me Snicker eggs. YUMMM!

No kidding!! If my kids knew the Easter bunny brought trips to WDW we would be in BIG trouble too!! They loved all their toys and are watching the new Thomas DVD Nick got - then they will watch Julia's new video

But the Easter Bunny did a really good job of hiding the Easter Eggs and now we can't find two of them - why didn't the easter bunny leave a list?!!?!? :confused3
Unless they're plastic you'll find them in a couple of days :scared:

They are plastic

the Easter bunny found pre stuffed Care Bear and Mickey Mouse Eggs - so much easier than stuffing them!!! And easy for them to know which one belonged to them!!

Peeps are the one thing my DH loves. After a few hours without the wrapping.

My pantry is full of the little devils: purple, pink, yellow and blue. Wanna come get them?

You can tell how far back by which post I answer!! :rotfl2:

Every time I think I have July figured out another something comes up.
Jim's Grandma passed away on Thursday. She was his spiritual compass growing up. That leaves him one Grandma living...this one is amazing!! I always tell people when I got married I found my soul mate and it wasn't Jim!! It's Grandma Hoo Hoo. We talked to Grandma on Friday and she told us that she will be going in for exploratory cancer surgery...which at her age(81) and condition could prove life threatening. She had called to say that she wanted us to know that she loved us if she didn't make it through the surgery. If she makes it through the surgery we will be heading toward Montana in July to spend time with her.

I have had enough of the awful cancer word this year I don't want anymore!!!

So which direction does that take you?

Not to argue with you - but there are episodes of House of Mouse where she hopes that he is going to propose!! So - in the current imaginears eyes - they are absolutely not married!!!

Maybe they got divorced in between!! ;)

For whatever reason after I posted that the Disboards decided they no longer wanted to work, so I went to be to get back up at 6am for Easter church at 8am.

That's pretty much all I've done so far, because I didn't really have time to play with it last night. You are subscribed to that thread, so you might have already seen these:

Those are cool. FYI. They make cool Christmas tree ornaments too. I had a friend in college that made them for my roommates and I one year (cheap but really cool present). He used colored pencils instead of the permanent markers. He outlined it first so it looks like a coloring book page type design.

Hey!! Those are really cute!! Guess I'll add that to next years' list. Not sure if I trust myself with permanent markers though!! :rotfl2:

I had a friend that used colored pencils if that would be better for you. They were very pretty too. I like the brilliance of Marti's though.

The chicks that you asked if she made! They are actually quite controversial over here. You either love them or you hate them :teeth:

That's what I thought, wondered what they were made of - marshmallow and sugar... sounds interesting... we don't have them here - I don't think so anyway.

Plastic eggs  What's that all about? Ours are hollow chocolate and there's usually sweets or a toy in the box too.

Okay - I found two sites that have these quotes about M&M

Now that makes sense. The queen of google does it again!!!! I mean actors & actresses do this all the time. They "play" a certain role but have a real life outside. I'm glad to see that Minnie is not a hussy after all.

How does a fireplace waste electricity?? I must be slow or something. But wouldn't it reduce your electricity costs if you have a wood burning one since you wouldn't have to use the electric heat as much, unless you don't have electric heat. I know you should put a blower on the fireplace to spread the heat but that doesn't take much electricity.

Can someone please explain.

I would love one of these although an outdoor fire circle surrounded by rocks is good enough for me.

Becky

Because the heat from the house goes up the chimney. The wood burning ones are getting better but there is still an opening to the outside. I want a wood burning one - not a gas one. I want to be able to roast marshmallows & hotdogs on it!

When I was a little girl, I remember we didn't realize we were missing an egg. Two weeks later, we noticed it. It was in clear view the whole time - we had a coil of tv cable that hung on the wall and it was nesting in there. We started counting after that.

OK. My P3 is over. EB filled the girls baskets this year with chocolate bunnies, 4x6 photo paper, easter pillowcases, and certificates for a new shirt, perfume and to get their nails done. We are heading off to my in-laws (1-1/2 hour drive) to have Easter dinner. For the first time ever, we didn't do eggs. My BIL and his family as well as my SIL and her family will be there. Grandma will have more candy and stuff for the girls when we get there. Gotta go get ready! Have a great day everyone.
