Ok, tell me all about LTT and what characters are in costume. Is it good? CP is a must for us, but I could move it to another day and time.

We're doing MNSSHP on the 5th too. What time is your LTT dinner? I am leaning towards that as well with a time around 4 or 4:30.

Last year when we went to MNSSHP we did LTT at I believe 4:30 and we had plenty of time, we weren't rushed at all, and dinner was delicious!!!!

The characters dressed up were Goofy, Chip & Dale, Pluto, And Minnie!!! I thought it was delicious!!! Flank steak, turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, stuffing,
cranberry sauce, mac n' cheese, yummy rolls and butter, and a salad w/ really good dressing!!! Desert was a cup of dirt for the kids and I believe cherry cobbler w/ ice cream for adults!!!! It was one of my favorites of the trip!!!

Could you please pray for our neighbor Mr Wilson? :sad2:

I noticed I hadn't seen him the yard the last couple days. After school on Mondays Erich always brings the Wilson's garbage can back up to their house from the road.He came running home saying Mr Wilson fell and hurt his head,he's in the hospital and paralyzed on one side. :guilty: So Joe and I went over to see what was wrong. Apparently late Fri. afternoon he fell outside, maybe off a ladder, his wife isn't sure.Joe had been with him about 2:30 pm Fri. afternoon helping him get a tire off his boat trailer.Mrs Wilson got him in the house ,he said he felt nauseous and went to go up stairs to the bathroom were he fell again and hit his head VERY hard on the corner of the wall.. Their daughter took him to the ER where the did a cat scan and immediately got him to surgery as he had a terrible brain bleed. He's unconscious and they believe his paralyzed on his left side.

I am stunned.

He's only 71,such a character. When Erich was 2-5 years old he followed Mr. Wilson all over the place,we use to call Erich, Dennis the Menace.Mr. Wilson is shaped like Dennis's Mr. Wilson ,always has a plaid shirt on but he has a full head of white hair and a smile on his face and always a joke or a wise crack when you see him.

We've been neighbors for 14 years. He has been the BEST neighbor. Please send your prayers and good thoughts that he recovers.

Thank you.

I'm not too confident...it really was an awful experience and a terrible mess! Somehow I soaked through my shirt...and I am not kidding..I have blue ****s! :rotfl2: Can you just imagine what Bill will say to that?!
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm glad I picked MM for our FDP instead of H&V. Any other no-no's? I've got:

CM, CP, CRT, Donald's b'fast, 1900 Park Fare b'fast, WCC, MM for FDP, 'Ohana b'fast. May change our CP dinner to LTT and then add CP somewhere else. Yes, I have more TS than I do credits, but we prefer TS vs CS. We'll just pay for some OOP. It's nice to have a sit down break, and it'll be even more important in the heat of Sept!

I would do LTT the night of the party. The characters in their Halloween costumes are really fun!

Ok, I'm emailing Concierge to change our dinner. Is CP better for b'fast, lunch, or dinner?

I've never been there, but we are planning on trying it on this next trip!!! I think if I remember right I thought that the menu looked better for breakfast.

MM was great food until exactly 12 hours after we ate when my mom & I got food poisoning. Avoid Chicken Parm.

I think you'll be happy you changed. I've only been to CP for dinner, but character breakfasts just appeal to me more.

I have to say we didn't care that much for MM when you consider the price. The food was decent, but not exceptional in any way.

So I made the Strawberry Daiquiri Cake and it was delicious. I took it too my Aunt's and everyone devoured it. Thanks for the recipe Linzybrooke!

We made about 300+ easter eggs, a tradition that my Grandmother started long ago, out of potatoes, powdered sugar, butter and of course chocolate. We also made Peanut Butter and Coconut variations. Been a long day.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!!

Aw, no problem! I cannot cook...but Baking is something I love to do!

I may have to try your Easter eggs on Wednesday....sound yummy!!!

Done and Done. My best friends dad recently had a stroke and the power of prayer has truely been seen in his recovery. Here is to "Lifting it Up"!

On another note...I don't know how I am ever going to catch up! I keep skimming but I'm not even close to the end!

I couldn't get a reservation for LTT yet. I guess they don't take reservations past 4 pm...that is until they officially release mnsshp dates.

Have you done WCC before?? I have very mixed feelings about it.
