Wow, swimming. Hadn't thought of that. The kids will love that! And it'll be so much easier to pack for t-shirts (I get to make fall and Halloween ones now!) and shorts. And RAIN PONCHOS! And we are SO used to the heat and humidity. Heck, it'll be the same as here in GA.

I'm pretty excited. Oh, and it is much better for me to miss a week in Sept vs Christmas. I think the kids will be ok missing a week of school. Think they'll have the stomach flu that week...

Yeah, just think how quickly the could spread it through the Kindergarten with them each in a different class. You had better keep them out.

This is exactly why I am sending my kids to private school (okay maybe there are some other reasons) but I don't ever want to deal with stuff like this -

although the area I live in probably does not have any such policy!!

I totally agree. That is one of the reasons we will homeschool. Too many schools have gotten crazy about some things lately, due in part at least, to No Child Left Behind, I know, but still. Family should always come first.

Oh, BTW, Rees is up AGAIN (I can't survive on 3 hours of sleep again) and says hi to everyone! So I'm here still.

I'm telling you, a portable DVD player and a Disney movie buys you an hour or so of sleep. With Terra at least she will sit next to me and watch it. It's the only way I survive her late nights sometimes.

For those that have booked more than one reservation with air, or have said that they were able to cancel the air portion, I got the following from the WDW website regarding cancellation. I really want to go ahead and reserve a package with air for fall using the new code with dining, but I want to make sure I can cancel without paying for the airfare. What does this statement mean.... Is airfare ticketed when you reserve, or not until final payment?? How would I know if I had nonrefundable airfare? Hope this makes sense to someone.


"In addition: If your air travel has been ticketed, there will be an additional cancellation or change fee per ticket equal to the cancellation or change fee assessed by the airline. Please note that (x) cancellation of a nonrefundable airfare results in a charge equal to the entire amount of the airfare and (y) cancellation of a refundable airfare must be made at least 1 business day prior to departure. "

This is what I was afraid of if I did autograph pages for myself. I knew there would be people that wouldn't understand. I guess I just have to get past that and realize that I'm paying just as much (or more) than the kids so I shouldn't feel bad. However, I'm not sure if I'll be able to. Time will tell.

EVERYBODY'S a kid at Disney World! You have as much right to have fun and bring back autographs and pictures of the characters as the kids do! Disney is meant for everyone to have fun, and anyone who doesn't understand that just doesn't "get it."

Sheesh! I spent two hours last night trying to catch up on Yesterday and still didn't finish! You guys are a chatty bunch (and I love it)!

I have to work all weekend but I wanted to say thanks for letting me join the "family". I promise that one of these days I will figure this design stuff out...after that my poor husband will never have access to his laptop again.

I got some sleep last night and don't feel as nasty as I did yesterday. Bethie also got some good sleep and she is ready to totake on the weekend.
