Give me either,  but I have not seen Enchanted yet but this movie to me sounds very, very similar to the 10th Kingdom. I have thought this since I first heard about Enchanted. 10th Kingdom was made as a miniseries but it is really a movie format but about 7 hours long.

It is very good it was on TV but it is about a father and daughter from the 10th Kingdom AKA current day New York city who follow a stray dog through a Magic Mirror, which is actually Snow White's Prince Wendell who was bewitched by the evil queen Wiest so she could rule the Kingdom.

They get stuck in the 9 other kingdoms that are getting ready for a Coronation for Prince Wendell to become King. Of course the trolls, elves and other creatures from all the kingdoms end up in each others kingdoms. The movie is a battle between good and evil to free Prince Wendell and bring the 10 Kingdoms to peace again. It is very good and I highly recommend it to all of you.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

That was an awesome show. I really enjoyed it. I couldn't wait for each night for the next chapter.

I forgot to mention...............

I got our Disney documents & ME tags today! :dance3: :cool1: :cheer2: :yay: :woohoo:

I hate the fact that it so expensive to take kids to the theater...it should affordable.

Enjoy yourself at the show....our dinner theater closed it's doors before they got to Beauty and the Beast

Dinner Theatre? What's that? :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2: We don't have things like that in the U.P.

when I made the reservation, I told them we would be using the dining plan...whoever input the reservation did not hit the right key...she put it in as a cash reservation...so when it wasn't paid for by the 45 day mark, it canceled out!

:scared1: Why? Should I be worried about mine?

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone,

I have the pies cooling, the cheeseball is made, and the ham is trimmed and ready for the oven. I have to work in the morning but will be off in time to go to my DD's for lunch, she's making her first turkey so cross your fingers for her, I did warn her about the giblets so that she won't leave them in the bird like I did. :lmao:

Jennifer - Congratulations, what wonderful news!

Denise - I'm glad to see you posting, I hope that means that Rees is continuing to improve.

Jen - :grouphug: Your family will be in my prayers.

Stay safe everyone.

PS: My FIL apologized to DH

Could you please let me know how he likes it. We are in desperate need of a new grill and John said that he is getting a Weber next. I grill a lot and year round, so I need something that is gonna last a while.

I finally caved and let him buy his Weber gas grill today. He is :yay:

Hope Dana is feeling better tomorrow :wizard:

Congratulations To Sophie!
Thanks on both counts!

What? you mean you have to take them out?????:lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:
Dana cooks the turkeys around here. One year I decided to do it. I not only left the whole bag of giblets in, I cooked it upside down on its breast. Dana went to look at it in the oven after a few hours & couldn't find the pop up timer! Then he realized what I had done.:lmao:

I do not have to work for the next 4 days. Sunday afternoon we have three audition concerts for next year's music camp and National Concert. Seems like we just did this... :rotfl:

I'm on-call so I have to work.
At least I don't have to cook. :thumbsup2
Going over to my friends house.
I'm bringing the pies.
I can't believe I paid $20. for 3 pies. :scared1:
They had better be some D** good pies.
Now if I can just get someone to page me
when it's time to clean up the dishes. :rotfl2:

I'm 5'5" and John is 6'0". How tall is Chris? Thanks for the info. Are you comparing it to the Macleran Major Special Needs stroller? We will start the process Monday. Rees has a rental wheelchair for now, but we need a permanent one. Our insurance will cover it, thank goodness. Thanks for the help!!!

That is the Mac that I was referring to. They said that it is build much the same quality as the other Mac, just made for larger kids. The Convaid Cruiser is high quality and build to last. We opted for larger wheels, but not the really large rear wheels. We wanted a chair that would push easily. I think we have 6" wheels all around. Chris is 5' 10" and insists that when we get a chair for Colby that the handles be higher. Our Maclauren has higher handles than the convaid. I need to call Monday to get the process moving for Colby. Since our Podiatrist and the Medical Supply company has been through this once and they share the same diagnosis I am thinking that things should go smoothly, but with any insurance issues I'll expect the worst.

This just doesn't feel like the night before Thanksgiving.
Normally we would be cleaning the house, baking goodies, doing as much prep work as we can before the feast. But this year ..... nothing, nada, no pies, goodies, dressing, peeled potatoes. I guess it will be nice to not have to clean up the mess from it, but it just doesn't feel the same.
MIL called and said that we are going to be eating at a place called "Bananas". I am thinking that she is bananas for suggesting this place!
Oh what a tradition to instill in Leighanna. Eating Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant called "Bananas"   I think that she has a few screws loose!

Oh well, I did find out that I don't have to work tomorrow night, so at least I can enjoy the day off!

Have an enjoyable Thanksgiving DDA!

Thanksgiving in a restaurant isn't quite the same but the thing to remember is spending time together as a family. I'm happy that you got the time off. Now that the girls are older, they can't ask for Thanksgiving off. One year, we ate at the restaurant where Katrina was a waitress just so we could all be together. She ate with us on her dinner break. The tradition you want to instill in Leighanna is family and you are giving her that!

Jen just called and she will be staying at the hospital along with her mother tonight. Her grandfather just had a seizure and his breathing is labored. They think that he will pass tonight and the family is praying for that at this point. He hasn't been conscious for any length of time since Sunday. She wanted everyone to know that she is ok and that your support means so much to her. She will update me with any changes later tonight or tomorrow morning.

That really bites! I was looking forward to seeing you & Bill & meeting the rest of your family. Gary asked me the other night how many people he would be meeting lol Hope we can run into each other some where!

when I made the reservation, I told them we would be using the dining plan...whoever input the reservation did not hit the right key...she put it in as a cash reservation...so when it wasn't paid for by the 45 day mark, it canceled out!

Goodnight, DDA! I hope you all enjoy your Thanksgiving mornings with your families! :goodvibes:

We had our first Weber charcoal grill for 20 years. It was awesome! We now have a Weber charcoal grill w/ a gas start. I love it.

My sister did make me one. :yay:

We call those pecan tassies here! I just finished making the pumpkin and pecan pies. Sorry, Heidi! They are both cooling. Also made the brine for the chickens! All set until tomorrow morning.

Hope all of my DDA friends have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
