Vicki - I thought you would find it humourous that I received notification that your ornament was shipped last night!! I am completely amazed that you were able to receive it before it was shipped!:rotfl2:

Ugh! I'm glad it was only changed that much :) I got one that said I'm leaving an hour and a half earlier, on my already very short trip! :sad1: I've never had a problem changing flights with airtran, so at first I wasn't concerned... but there really isn't anything else available on a Sunday. Boo!

For our October trip, Airtran made so many changes to our flight home that we finally added on an additional night. It was a tough decision, but one we felt we were forced to make... :rotfl:

 hope you are feeling better soon.

I am here....I've been sick since Monday....spent 24 hours in bed....blech!!

My novel hasn't started...I had to write a couple of other articles...I am hoping to hole up on Saturday and Sunday and get it plopped out....I will start tomorrow...even missing one day of work this week I am ahead!!:rotfl:

Thanks all for thinking about me!!

Vicki According to the photopass website under the help option, photopass cd it says that multiple accounts cannot be combined onto one cd. I wonder if we can't do it because we've viewed them under separate accounts? Mine autoloaded because we reused an old card. Maybe you'll find a helpful CM that can make it happen.

Janet and I were in EPCOT at the Photo Center...Janet was buying a photo and when the lady asked us to consider a PhotoPass CD, we told her someone in our group has already purchased one. I then asked her we are all over the country - can we look at our own photos and then have our friend upload them onto the CD. She said no problem. I'm almost certain that I mentioned seperate online accounts too - Janet do you remember? I'm sure it can be done somehow! :thumbsup2

I finally realized I'm so vocal on "allowing friends and family to make their own decisions" because I really want my children to get support, and not chasitized, when they pull my plug.

Jen, this is going to be so hard on you and your family. All I can say is I wish you peace. I somehow feel that it is his fondest wish for you to remember him as a vital man, not a sick, bedridden, invalid. I think that would make him happiest. If you understood he wanted to say goodbye from a position of strength, not weakness.:goodvibes Had the courage to stick to his convictions and do it his way.

My mother so wants to be remembered as she sat on the sofa sipping her Jim Bean, not stuck in a hospital bed lying on a Depend.
Singing off key, arguing with anybody and everybody, making her views known, cooking and burning down the house, my grade school homeroom Mother, Action Nurse, taking me to the zoo and Planetarium, Thanksgiving day meals with groaning tables of goodies, including her birthday cake, Christmas shopping and presents. We found presents for years later, presents she bought and hid. Her 4,000 watt smile, never met a stanger, loved her tv shows. Certain things are absolutes. You will go out and vote in every election. Too many relatives died for the priviledge. You will finish school. School is 16 years. There is grade school, middle school, high school and universary. Your job is not to think if you go to college, you job is to figure out which one. Period. Failure is not an opition.:goodvibes :goodvibes

I try to tell all my friends to remember my Mom at the drive-in. We went to see Will Smith in something??? 4 years ago? What was that? Terry and her family went, my DD and her family and friends went. We all had a ball. People came over to the car to say hi. She left us about 3 weeeks later.:sad1:

Be strong Jen. Hang in there. :grouphug: :grouphug: Jen :grouphug: :grouphug:

Steffy--thanks for this...I feel like he wants to just stop chemo but is afraid to "give up"--Thanks for being there

And thanks everyone for all your comments--it means alot to me

What an absolutely gorgeous tribute to your amazing Mom, Stephanie. I would say she succeeded, not only in her wish to die with dignity, but in raising a fabulous woman!

ditto--i was trying to figure out how to say that..and you did :)

Hi everyone-
Karen-thanks for the shot glasses--they are great!!!! Joe will love them

I just got home--after work i wient to dinner with some coworkers...and when i came home, mom and dad wanted t o take me out for drinks--we got some bad bad news today about grandpa..>the tumors have doubled iin size and the cancer is everywhere so it has been ar ough day

Jen, I am sorry!

You're post got me thinking...

What do you all think of these dresses for the girls to wear to Bibbidi Bobbity Boutique. Are they too much, too formal? I just thought that since a lot of the new princess stuff is gold that they'd be cute. I don't think I can find a princess dress to fit Emma. We have dinner at the Castle booked after they get all dolled up.

Those are darling! And probably more comfortable than the princess costumes!

Wow, Robyn. Two milestones in a row. You're on fire. ;)

I think the dresses are perfect. And multipurposeful.

Congrats on the milestone, Robyn!

I wonder if we can't do it because we've viewed them under separate accounts? Mine autoloaded because we reused an old card. Maybe you'll find a helpful CM that can make it happen.

I recently read that they are trying to crack down on people sharing, so once the photos have been viewed in one account you can't add that card to another account. When Bernadette and I shared in August I made sure NOT to view any of my pics, even though we had all of my photos scanned on to her card before we left WDW. I hope someone is able to fix it for you guys!

I bought some at our Dollar Tree about 2 weeks ago. They had 2 Mickey styles, Pooh, Tink, Princesses and Cars. If you can't find them soon and want, I can pick them up and send them to you.

Nothing at Dollar Tree on Marsh & Forest. I was in there Wednesday.

What an absolutely gorgeous tribute to your amazing Mom, Stephanie. I would say she succeeded, not only in her wish to die with dignity, but in raising a fabulous woman!

Stephanie, that explains so much about why you are such an incredible woman!:goodvibes Your mom did a wonderful job!

I think I am starting to come down with Princess's cold. Luckily we don't have anything going on today.

If either you or Vicki come across more, I would like some please!

I'll check today or tomorrow. We have to get up there and fill our Operation Shoebox box before Sunday so I'll check then.

ETA: Do you want a specific kind or just any? They were all pretty cute, though the Cars ones we're particularly "holiday" if I remember right.

Good morning everyone! No school around here today so we'll have to figure out what's on the agenda for the day. Maybe Bee Movie if Terra has changed her mind yet since she'll go with her cousins. Maybe just the mall for some playtime and to let Rachel shop a little (if she has any money). Maybe cleaning the house. Okay, probably not that. I was able to get the playroom looking really good for yesterday. Of course, there is a large pile of stuff that needs a home or a ride out of here in the adjacent dining room, but that just has to be taken care of by Thanksgiving. Considering the illnesses and extra babies that were around most of the week, what did get done was really good.

Elizabeth - I hope that you're not getting to sick!

Glynis - I forgot to post this yesterday, but I hope that the sickies are exiting your house at last!!

Stephanie - What a beautiful tribute to your amazing mom! Sounds like her daughter is just like her!

Stephanie - Did all of your meds help kick the cold and the pain? My cold was better after that first day or two, but the pain in my face keeps resurfacing. I hate to go to the doctor for such a minor cold, but I would also like to be able to awake one morning with out pain throughout my face, jaw and head.

A quick update on the prayer request for Michael. wendygrace left me a message yesterday that Michael's surgery went well and everything was looking good. If all continues to go well, we'll head over to the hospital tomorrow to see how they are doing and to take her 3yo DD and MIL to the zoo or something for a little while.

That's a tough call. We usually stay at Disney only a couple of days and then do the week-long cruise, so we are trying to cram too much in. We drive from Disney the morning of the cruise, but we do a park for a couple of hours, then we are too tired that first night. This last summer we did the shorter cruise and longer WDW stay. We did stay at Disney the night before the cruise, but didn't do much the next morning, and we enjoyed our first day on the ship much more.

I think you would be happier staying at the Port, sleeping in, having a nice breakfast, and taking advantage of being one of the first on the boat if this is your first disney cruise. There is just so much to see and do. If you were going on a longer cruise it wouldn't matter as much.
Thanks Marci!

I just sent an email to those that I thought were invoved in the cd. So check your email ladies.
Got it!:)
