Anne Marie any special sales going on at the Disney store? We might be going to Peoria tomorrow to get Gary a new pair of glasses & if we do I am making a stop!

We had some good sales this weekend. Lots of 2 for $XX. Not sure if the sales continue thru the week.
They did have adult embriodered sweatshirts for $14 (Mickey, Tink, Eeyore, & Grumpy). All the Christmas stuff was on sale too. Have fun, let us know what you find!

tree is up and lit...2 wreaths are up and stopping for supper now. (of course I didn't do any of it ) Have to decide if any of my stockings are going up and if so how and where???

I have absolutely no motivation left. Mom wore me out as always! She is a dynamo. We shopped on Friday for about 4 hours to get her Christmas shopping done. I did paperwork Friday morning and Saturday most of the day. My upstairs is organized (now it just needs to be cleaned ). Mom and I made cookies Saturday & today. We made Chocolate Chippers, Peanut Butter, Snickerdoodles, Date Rolls, and Molasses. These are to send to my brother and sister for Christmas. Mom misunderstood me and made a quadruple batch of molasses. We ended up with 300 cookies. I was going back and forth about a double or triple batch as it was because one batch is so large. It was a productive week-end but now my body is exhausted but my mind is racing.

I'll take some of those 300 cookies off your hands, no worries Sit down and relax some!

My mom and my sister are on their way back to my other sister's house. This afternoon went pretty well. I took my sister tot he mall and she was very reasonable. She bought some clothes, all on sale. She got a formal dress from my other sister - I have a feeling it has never even been worn. We were at the mall for about 2 hours. We came back and Mother was playing Yahtzee with DS. DH made dinner so they ate with us. It really was a nice visit and I think DS enjoyed it. Of course then the other sister was calling because she and her DH want to go out and they want Mother to come watch their children. Nice.

Hopefully they will get an early start home in the morning because the weather between here and Kansas is getting tricky.

Elizabeth - I'm glad the day with your family went well, and that your DM actually played with DS.

I swear we live in the ghetto sometimes. We have 3 police cars on our street for the neighborhood bad girl. She is all of 15 and has already been arrested for assault. Her parents are clueless. They leave the kids, there is also a younger brother who is in 6th grade, home alone 90% of the time. And when they are home all we hear is one foul word after another from the dad to his kids.
