The DDA Trouble Free Zone Part 30

So i iwont be around much tomorrow--im working, then i have a meeting at work about a child in my class..then my mom and i are going down the shore for dinner wth my grandparents for my bday...no clue when we will be home!

The boys are in bed

Chris and I finally signed our Will's. I made them a long time ago, but never found the time or motivation to get them signed and notorized, but we did it tonight along with Guardian papers in case my parents need to give the kids medical care while we are gone. It feels like overkill, but I want to make sure that their needs are taken care of in case a something happens.

I also dropped off the bowling ball to be drilled. Hunter's room is 100% clean and Nick's is about 75% done. I'll finish that in the morning then move on. It feels like things are coming together I need to alter a pair of jeans so I guess that will be my last project for tonight. Chris has a couple of tests that he needs to take for work tonight so he is online doing that.

When Chuck needed to know their schedule, he did. He usually left it to me but the 3 months that I had to live in Lansing 10 years ago when I first got my job with the state, he knew it just as well as I did. I have to say he is one of the best dads that I know as far as connecting with his daughters and knowing what is happening in their lives. They talk to him as much as me. At times, I've been jealous because I see some girls only talk to their mothers and I have to share with Chuck. Of course, most of the times I'm thrilled that they have both of us equally. Though, there are times that they have told dad that they "just need their mom".

Somehow I knew that. You are both wonderful parents. I bet the Elin's DH is much like Chuck and Chris

Deb - do you bring your own towels for BB?

No, either we take one from the hotel or we rent one there. I try not to bring anymore than I have to. We aren't bringing pool shoes this trip either.

I just received my copy of the MNSSHP flyer from Lindsay. Thanks. Now we have something to review on the plane and during our layover in Chicago. We are going to be at Disney in three days!!!!!

I really did read everything but my brain is mush. 's, and to any and all that I missed.

It's been a long day and the sad part is I only had my kids and Eric. All the daycare kids were sick. Eric came home early as he wasn't feeling well and it was just a bad day from there. He totally throws off the dynamic during the week. I just feel off and can't seem to get to the bottom of it.

We had a good weekend. Went to a farm with our friends their 2 DD's, my mom and their family friend. The girls had a blast. We trekked through a corn maze, this was so much fun. Molly was so cute trying to follow the map.

With that I am off to bed. Night all!!

And to think, my stranger meets started with you & I! I was just scrapbooking my 2006 trip and have the picture of you & I. I remember feeling silly at the time wondering if you really cared to meet me or if I was just being silly. I couldn't believe that we were sitting two rows apart by chance. It seemed like fate meant for us to get together. Hard to believe that was over 1-1/2 years ago already.

I don't think I knew this! Or, if I did, my befuddled brain had forgotten it. How cool is this story?!?!

done, Lindsay. We have something similar going on in Bob's family now too, and it is so wearing on everyone involved. I hope that he is able to stabililze himself and see where his support lies.

Have I told ya all how cool it is having mom and Dawn living across the street.
If I want to go somewhere, I just say mom lets go.
And Dawn and I were just talking to each other, standing on our porches.

Lindsay & I knew that we were going to be at Disney at the same time in March of 2006. She sent me her itinerary and we found out we were both going to Cirque on the same night. We then found out it was the same showing so we compared seats. She & Jonathon were exactly two rows behind us. That's when I figured it was meant for us to meet and chat.

Elin - I logged on to my Entertainment Guide, typed in Orlando, then did a search for Ghirardelli. It pulled up the B1,G1 on the sundae and also a 20% off purchases of $25 or more. I'm not sure if the 20% is good on ice cream or just on other "retail" type stuff like sauces and boxed chocolate.

Elizabeth - is your Entertainment Guide the one for Orlando? Mine is for Richmond and I cannot print any of the coupons from Orlando. It is funny because I can print from other cities.
