Oh yeah, one last pumpkin. This is Ovaly's pumpkin. Ovaly is Terra's imaginary friend and he picked this out when we were at the pumpkin patch. Anyway, can anyone tell what it is supposed to be? I'm just wondering if others can see what I was going for.

It looks like Snoopy rising up out of the pumpkin patch against the full moon. I like it!

I wish I had time to read/respond more, but there was a half day of school for Miles today. That means Miles and dh are both home. Also, we have parent-teacher conference in a little while.

I wish I could post them all. Alyssa was doing something different in every picture. She finally told me she was done taking pictures because she ran out of poses.

Does she take dance? She looks like she is doing some dance poses. She is too cute.

I just know I will come home to empty candy wrappers & hyped up boys

We like fried chicken but I hate making it, (only made it once in 21 years of marriage) however I have decided to make it this weekend.

Shake 'n Bake! and no I'm not kidding. That is the only way I make fried chicken.

Denise - Tons of coming your way!!

ExMomboss just phoned. She replied to my e-mail BUT she never hit send because her phone started ringing. She thought she sent it. So she went home last night and told the kids we were coming over, ordered a bunch of pizza, and we never showed. ExDadboss told her she should call me, DS told me I should call her, huge miscommunication. Now I feel bad because DS AND Brother were both disappointed.

Princess's nose is still running like a faucet! It is time for her nap. I hope she can sleep!

I am wearing my blue Mickey ears that light up. The people coming up to the front desk are loving it. Took Chucky downstairs to show to the seniors. He was a hit.

Happy Halloween everyone. Surprisingly enough, no one comes around our neighborhood anymore to trick or treat, so I save by not having to buy any candy.

We didn't have anyone this year either. I was bummed because I was hoping to get rid of our MNSSHP candy!

Wow, it's nice to see so many people posting at once. I can't remember the last time that happened.

Robyn - the kids looked great tonight! I got a chuckle out of your little Yoda too! How is Eric doing today?

Yoda was so funny. He didn't quite get Trick or treating but would hold his pumpkin out and when you put candy in it he would run off in sheer glee. Then he'd come back for more. So cute.

Eric was a lot better yesterday, thanks for asking. He took the girls around the neighborhood last night. He went back to work today!

I was thinking "transvestite pimp" but maybe that's just me.

We stayed home. I still haven't heard from ExMomboss. We ate dinner and then DS & I played Disney Scene It. After that I made some popcorn and we watched TV. DH is off tomorrow but he went to bed about 7:30 anyway. I told DS to put his costume on and I would post his pic for the DDA but he didn't want to.

Robyn - Wow! Emma's costume turned out GREAT! They all look terrific! Note to self: Robyn has margaritas on Halloween - be sure to stop by next year.

Thanks! She came home today with a $5 gift card to Borders as it was creative. I didn't know they were voting on the costumes. She was very excited!! The principal and librarian were the judges. The librarian didn't get our whole theme when she saw them all together. She said "Oh Lucy's dressed up as a baby." It was a perfect Dopey but it wasn't that out of left field I don't think!!

I think it was the weekend that so many of us were in WDW...

It happened a couple of weekends ago.

Does anyone know when the disney store will get their Christmas ornaments in? I need a high school Musical or ariel ornament for an exchange. The nearest disney store is an hour drive away.

I mentioned earlier that my bosses have a TON of candy left over. (But it continues to call to me so the stockpile is dwindling...) The friends who are coming to Disney with us said they didn't have any trick-or-treaters and they have 7 bags of candy left over. It's weird.

By the way I dont cook fried chicken to messy but my mom does all she does is season the chicken with salt and pepper and then roll it in flour then cook it in the hot grease turning it constantly.

my parents don't get trick or treaters either. my mom just buys the type of candy my dad and brother will eat.

We went to my cousins neighborhood last night we trick or treated from aout 7pm till 8:30 hit about 3 streets the girls got a ton of candy

Rees’ surgery will be tomorrow morning at 10:15am at Egleston, and we are to arrive at the hospital at 7:15am. I have no idea how long the surgery will last, but I promise to update you as soon as I can. I will post updates on the CarePage for Rees and send out an email with his room number.

We didn't get as many as we normally have. I think a lot of people go to the malls and such. One of the housing developments around here has a huge party.

And I am sure that the trick or treaters that did come here thought we were a bunch of drunks For as long as Gail has lived here, 30 years, we are the first of her neighbors to stay home on Halloween. So she celebrates with Margaritas!!

Heidi- My mom makes Fried Chicken and all she does is mix flour with salt and pepper and some Old Bay seasoning, coats the chicken and fries it in an electric skillet in Crisco. So yummy!!
