The DDA Trouble Free Zone Part 30

I should be in bed, but I'm too excited to sleep. I can't believe that we just double our time in WDW I'm trying to calculate what time we need to arrive at Manchester Airport to catch a 6:30 AM flight. the website shows a zero to 7 minute security wait. I'm not even sure if the airport is open 24 hours I'm thinking that 5 AM will be early enough. That means we will need to leave here by 4 AM. I need to work Wednesday night as I switched in order to have Thursday night off. I should be home by 11 PM and I'm guessing that I will still be too excited to sleep.

I know we will be leaving here at 4 AM to catch a 7 AM flight. There's no way I'll be able to sleep either. BTW, did you change your Fantasmic night to Saturday or was that a typo? We will be there Friday night.

I gave Bethie her 1st shot tonight, it sucked! I hope it gets easier. She cried and screamed, then pulled her arm as I was about finished. I think I need to find those quickshots syringes (or what ever those fast ones are).

Theresa those of us that are not going will have to chat about nonsense to give those going something to wade thru when they come back.

Does that mean that I should not randomly call you guys? I figure random calls will keep you guys busy and let you know what we all are doing.

That means that we are in sink with all of you know. In fact 7 days from now we will be winging our way to Orlando right now!!!

10/18 arrive at MCO 9:35 AM
Check in at POP then head to AK.
Meet at Goofy's statue time ?
4 PM dinner at LTT. If there is room we would love to eat with the group
if not we will use Chanon's extra ressie.
5 PM to midnight MNSSHP
10/19 sleep in a bit then head to MGM
Afternoon/evening plans up in the air though may stay at MGM or Epcot
10/20 Cape May Breafast 8:40 AM
Head to BB with Tammi and Bob
4:50 PM dinner at Sci Fi with Chanon and Janet
7:30 PM Fantasmic
9:45 PM Haunted Hayride
Finish Day at MK as it is open until 1 AM
10/21 8:30 AM breakfast at Kona Cafe
Epcot Food and Wine Festival
8:30 PM depart MCO


Will we meet everyone following this schedule? We can't wait. Of course now I need to modify our wardrobe selections. We will also check a bag now as ME will be handling it

I think the photo op is right before dinner - but a few people will be arriving after dinner so is anyone up for a second photo op afterwards as well?
Also my local (small) airport doesn't open until 4am - well it's open, but no one is ever there at the counter until 4am. Maybe give SW a call and see what time they have as an open for Manchester if your concerned?

Deb and Chris - although it was a maddening day for you yesterday, booking and unbookingand rebooking, how exciting to be at WDW for a whole day longer!! You will both have so much more time to do the things you really want to do. And, if my boss' report on the amount of people in and out of your area needing to be fed... Deb ought to be able to pay that extra $300+ in NO time!

Okay People,

I just got off the phone with Chanon who helped me get a room so we can park, sleep and fly!!!!!! Thank you so very much for your help Chanon.

This makes it all real. Not that it wasn't before

My suitcase is in the spare room where I have been dropping things as I find them. Just need to iron on the transfers. Get the other shirts that we will wear. Already have shorts, capris, undies, bras, socks, fanny pack, park ticket, extra $$$, batteries, camera, some toiletries, Chuckie's things, plastic baggies for holding ice to put on my foot, bathing suit, bathing suit cover up, slippers, flip flops, sneakers, jacket for the plane ride, my tens unit in case I have problems with my back, medicine patches for my back, extra pain meds, ear plugs, eye mask--need darkness to sleep and that is about it unless I can think of anything else.

We're back from the doctors. I was right, I have a UTI. It is unclear whether the 1st one never fully cleared up or if I have a new one. I have a different antibiotic and this time it is a 7 day dose. She said that it is very likely that I will end up with a yeast infection have been on 2 antibiotics in a months time. she prescribed a pill to take next thursday to deal with the potentil of that. I will foolw up with her in 2 weeks to make sure that it is gone. If it isn't or if I get another i will need tests run to see why it is happening.

We were able to pick up a few things at Kmart while we were waiting for my prescription. Now I need to wash the t-shirts and print the design. I also found a really cute blouse that will look great with my new Minnie jeans that are in transit from Disney Shopping.

I plan to take a nap today as I am exhausted, apparently from fighting this infection for 6+ weeks. I really need a vacation.
