We went to one of those in October! It was great!

Okay. Where do I have to fly to find one of those things? We don't have ANY good stores in Savannah. :sad1:

UP Disney, I LOVE the sweatshirts. I can't believe I didn't think of that. Next time!

I knew Miss Blueberry would get you home safe. She drives like a tank :rotfl2:
I might have to count your t-shirts because I think I still have more t-shirts especially if I include all the Harley Davidson shirts I have :lmao:

She thinks she's a Jeep.

Right around Norristown I had to put on my fog lights. A car jumped behind me and rode in my tracks. I don't think they could see. It was like I was towing them. They got off at my exit, went through the same tolll gate and down the other highway. It was starting to creep me out a tad. I mean, this was 80 miles of this one car right behind my bumper.... :bitelip: :bitelip:
But at the end of the highway, I made a left and they contiued right with the rest of the traffic... :wave2: :wave2:

I'm so glad I came home. I can't imagine driving home in 12 inches of snow!!

:cold: :cold:

I just told my DH that several of you thought the zip-up sweatshirt idea was a good one. He said, "You have to look outside and look at all the white stuff on the ground to understand. Tell her that you watched your husband walk in the backyard with snow up past his knees!" :rotfl: We are so used to having to wear zip-up sweatshirts most of the year that it was just natural for us.

Well we did sweatshirts.... just not zip up ones. That's what I meant! That would have been nice so you could see our t-shirts underneath!

We get our share of snow, here, too! :sad2: I'm ready for some warmth!

Zip-up hoodies are a main staple in our wardrobe. The weather changes so quickly here you never know whether you need it. So much easier taking off a zip-up rather than a pull-over. One of the jokes about the UP is that "If you don't like the weather in the UP, wait a few minutes and it will change!"

Ok DDas.... thanks for keeping me company today. I'm going to try and get some sleep, hoping I won't be up all night again. If you see more 3am posts from me, you'll know how things are going :sad2: I am going to the doctor tomorrow. I don't think it will be too terribly expensive as long as I tell her upfront it's self pay and not to do any unnecessary tests, etc... I have a good relationship with my doctor, so she should be pretty helpful. Let's hope so!

Have a great evening... see you all tomorrow! :goodvibes

Hey that is the saying about the weather in Texas.

I'm sure it is true in many places. Ours just includes lots of snow and cold! ;) We had 44 degree weather one day and had over 6 inches of snow the next day! Nuts!!!!

Hope you get lots of rest and the doctor visit goes well.

I may have found why I've been so sick for so long.... I normally get a sinus infection about every other month, but I've had three since December. I went to my allergist, who wasn't helpful. My internist is actually who has been seeing me for the SI's. I told him that I was sick of being sick, so my husband and I had bought an elliptical for the house, both for better health, weight loss, but also because the doctor's said it would help thin mucas etc.. I also bought one of the Ionic breeze machines because they are supposed to help. Then I told him I was going to have the airducts cleaned at work. It's a building dating back to 1910, and we've been in it 17 years and never had them cleaned. He told me not to do it. Well, I went ahead anyway because I felt like it was better to get all the stuff out of there.

I scheduled it for Saturday, so if it did stir up a lot of stuff it would die down by Monday. Well, they called me 30 minutes after they started the job to tell me the main duct that branches off to most offices was full of mold/fungus and they couldn't clean it -- it would have to be replaced. What am I most allergic to -- mold/fungus. I'm really hoping once we get that done that most of my sinus/allergy problems will ease up.

While I'm sure it's not a good idea not to follow doctor's advice, I'm glad this time that I did ignore it.

Sure hope that this turns out to be the culprit and you feel better soon!

A friend took me somewhere I have never been before today...a Disney Merchandise outlet...not a Disney Store outlet....this temporary store had items from the theme parks!! Absolutely gorgeous!! I spent an hour+ in there....lots of great clothes. I am going to have to go back the gentleman running it said he hadn't put all of the items out yet :smooth:

That would be fun, did they have pins, wish they had something like that here.
