I don't feel up to putting the jacket on, the meds have worn off and the advil hasn't kicked in yet. Anyway...I purchased a red velour zip front lightweight jacket. I bought black fabric and cut it in the shape of a Mickey Head. I surged around the Mickey head then sewed it onto the back of the jacket and added a red with white polka dot bow. I made 2 smaller ones that I added to the front pockets then added more ribbon around the bottom. I think it looks cute though it reminds me of some of the things Tom has made so maybe it would look better on a little girl I've always said that I don't want to grow up so I guess it's ok.

DEB---step away from crafting!!! Keep using alternating ice and heat and keep the meds coming every 4 or 6 hours over night. you need to nip this thing in the bud

I ended up calling in sick tonight. There is no way that I could be on my feet for 5 hours with my back feeling like this.

Woo Hoo!! I just talked with my Mother and told her to plan a Hawaii vacation for 2011. That is perfect as we have been taking about going back and now we can do it on points I'm very excited.

Nick's teachers have FINALLY updated the teacherease site. Nick's grades for the day that he missed have been corrected and he now has STRAIGHT A's!!! I cannot tell you how proud we are of him. I know that he has been working really hard and we've been riding him too since he had 3 F's showing. Those F's have all disappeared. And Only one of those A's is an A-.

YAY!! WTG, Nick!!
