So today was crazy. I spent about 3 hours at the bank trying to dispute charges. As I am having unauthorized electronic check withdrawals from my account. I opened a new account but the other is still open and not sure what is going to happen. I need to gather the information and submit it to the FBI and call the police to report it. Plus notify everyone of the new account.

My low tire light came on while driving to work, so I had to stop and put air in my tires. I ended up not getting to work till 1:30pm, then I had a sock hop and a training tonight so I just got home a little while ago.

OK, I am off to bed. 6am comes way too early. Tomorrow I will be at main headquarters all day for meetings.

Good luck getting it all straightened out! I know that banks can be a pain. My sister's best friend recently realized that some things had been stolen out of her purse. The theif charged up one of the credit cards taken, authorized a payment out of Robin's checking account and charged it up again. There was a second payment in process when she realized the problem (the credit card is not one they use and she couldn't figure out how they got so overdrawn). The credit card company is working on the fraud paper work, but the bank told her at first that, basically, it wasn't their problem because the payment was authorized. Apparently, the girl helping her that day had not issue with the fact that it was a total stranger, not her or her DH who authorized it.

I hope that today isn't too long for you.

Lindsay -- I'm glad to see you posted. PD for your week! I'm trying to get all my errands run early this week, as it's such a nightmare to drive around in Dallas from about Thursday to Monday of TX/OU.

Jake had a soccer game last night, and they won 5 - 1, with two of the goals being his. He was excited.

We're finally getting a little bit of rain in Dallas, but I don't know if it will make it to Kaufman -- I sure hope so. My yard could use it, with the temps still being pretty hot during the day. We're still between 92 - 94 most days with humidity, but at least the evenings are getting a little cooler. At 5 a.m. it was 80 degrees this morning.

We had rain here yesterday & now it is chilly outside. Hopefully the rain will come your way & cool things off!

They can be worth it, but Lizzy cannot go in, so don't get too excited.

I'm actually relieved to hear that. I am not a big wine drinker. My friend thought Lizzy should just go with us but I didn't think that it would be right to expect Lizzy to wait 30-60 minutes to get in and then 30+ min of the tasting for something she can't do or enjoy. I would not have done it but now I can very easily say-"sorry, Lizzy can't be there." I do want to do the Beer thing so she said she would stay with Lizzy and I could go with her DH.

That being said... I, for one, am delighted to see that you are back here posting. I think you would agree that the atmosphere is bright and cheery and this is a very supportive group of wonderful people who genuinely care for one another. We may not always agree on everything, and thoroughly enjoy the differences! Welcome home!

We had our last soccer game last night, and lost of course. Now we are off until playoffs start next week. Nicholas had his very first test ever last week, social studies, and got a perfect score. I hope he can keep it up over the next 18 years! Today they get their interim so I'll see how he is progressing. They have an early dismissal on Friday and are off Monday for the holiday so we are going to go to PA to visit my parents for the long weekend. I was hoping my cousin wasn't going to use his season tickets for the Steelers' game, but he is. I would love to be able to take him to a game. Oh well, I think he may have to settle for my high school football game on Friday night.
