I have a couple of pictures of her laying her head on my belly but thats it.
Okay so it looks like Ursula is the winner.
I actually slept pretty good last night. Once Virginia settled down. I layed on my right side at first and she started kicking away and very hard at that. I finally rolled on to my left side and she calmed down.

She is much more a kicker then Olivia was.

I think I'll take a few plain white Shirts to work and start basting the Mickey Heads on them. I need to make 11 before Christmas so I might as well use my downtime at work to get started on them. I must say my Christmas Shopping/ Crafting is going well this year. Hopefully I won't be stressing at the last minute

Good for you. I am going to try to be done before my trip. It will be Thanksgiving the week after we get back and I want to be done before that.

I know what I want to get Lizzy-American Girl Doll and my MIL & SIL are happy to buy her some extras for that.

I'm thinking of some sort of building set-erector set, legos, tinkertoys, for Joe.

I know I'm crazy but I'm thinking Nintendo for Emma. She loves to watch Joe & Lizzy with theirs. I would have to find some very easy games for her. I found one that comes out 11/13/07 that sounds perfect-Interactive Storybook. Still not sure on that whole idea though. She told me today she wants the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Plane. I did see it at Walmart. I asked her if she saw it on TV and she said no but how would she even know there is one?

I think I'm going to get DH a bike. He still his old bike from when he was 6-a huge old thing that would need to be refurbished. I think I'll get him a more modern day trail bike but I'll have to price them out first.

I just cant thnk of ANYTHING else to get him--and he has a ton of shot glasses-but loves collectinig them!

Does he have a display case for them? I could look for a MA one if your interested.

Glad you got a bit more sleep. Lizzy was always head down but feet up-not bent down and would always put her foot up on my ribs-not kick so much as constant pushing. It was months after she was born before my ribs healed. Joe was a kicker. I don't remember about Emma-I only remember that I carried her so low I thought she would pop out.

Just a few more weeks for you and you sound ready.

ve been thinkinig about my brother'schristmas present--he collects shot glasses, so im thinkingabout getting some from different places and just wrapping them all up for him..does anyone happen to live anywhere that they have seen some interestiing shot glasses for your area? if so, let me know please! maybe i can send you some money and have you ship it to me?

I wish I would have known I would have you you one up at each place I stopped at on my trip. I might be able to find something around here for him.

Jen - They had a shot glass at Wilderness Lodge that DS was looking at. When I told him what it was the CM said "No, no! It's a TOOTHPICK HOLDER." He gave me a rather prim look and said "This is Disney."

Deb - Your lights came out great!

DH helped me put the new sheets on the bed. The old sheets are washed and ready to be put away. I went to the grocery store so we have food for the week. Now I just have mountains of laundry to do. I have a load of towels in now, but DS can't go to school in a towel so I will have to wash his uniforms tonight. DH is off tomorrow and Tuesday but he won't wash anything while he is home.

Vicki - When I do my tie-dying I use waxed dental floss. It won't absorb the dye like regular thread will.

Deb - the lights are spectacular! I'm anxious to see what they look like in the dark, too.

mine will wash while he is home but they wont be put up till I walk thru the door normally. Jeff is off mon. and tues. I go in both days at 3pm so will leave here at 2pm. will see if he gets anything done on his to do list. He claims he cant get anything done when he is home alone with Olivia. I have the last load of clothes in the dryer now though. He is at work till 9pm tonight.

He does have a couple of shelves that he made to display the shot glasses.

They can be any types--it can say the state or slogan or whatever--he isint picky at all!!
=I always bring him one when i go somewhere ,but fgure it would be neat to get a whole thing for xmas

Kim brought me over some transfer paper (thanks, Kim! ) so there is no reason why I shouldn't make our MNSSHP shirts. Other than I'm just not motivated. Ever have one of those days where everything and everyone annoys you? I've had one of those weekends. It's like PMS but not. Even poor Bob had to go home as I was making him mental.

Elizabeth - What do I do if I can't find a pin on PinPics? I feel like I've been searching for hours and I can't find this one tinkerbell that I have... Instead of searching through the groups is there a better way to search under name?
ETA: It's similar to #45590 but white background and pixie dust in gold all around.

You can go to "search" and put in Tinker Bell as opposed to scrolling through the character group. Sometimes I have to change the description 5 or 6 times before it will pull up my pin. Other times I stumble across a pin I could find when I search for something else. Are there any other pins listed in the description of 45590? Sometimes they will list variations.

I went to Lowes and wasn't too impressed with their selection of washers.

There is a Sears about 1 mile from my office and a Home Depot about 1 mile the other way. Both of those carry the LG washers.

I stopped at the library to look at Consumer Reports but they let them get checked out and all the issues with washers were checked out. The one online report I read on LG said you could a cheaper machine to wash your clothes but that it was very good.

Deb-did you find anything out about the LG's?


I looked at bikes on REI.com and they have a bike on sale for around $200 that looks like it will be perfect for DH. There is an REI store about 10 miles away so I'll have to stop in and see if they have it. I can order anything online and have it shipped to the store for free. I've been an REI member since the late 1970's. I bought a pair of Keen sandles there last year and a few other things and have a nearly $20 dividend check so I can use that toward the bike!
