I hope that all goes well with the urologist. Do you feel like things are getting better?

By the way, you said earlier that you were ready for Fall? Well, I looked up at the mountain outside my window, and what do you think I saw??? Yup, the leaves are turning red and orange. Kind of pretty!
She has had a setback with school starting, and is having 2-3 accidents/day. But when she is with me all weekend, she is fine, although I'm making her go every hour or so. She is still in pull-ups at night. :sad2: I want to see if there is anything further he can do/recommend for her.

I thought you were going to tell me it was flurrying!

Thanks, Kim. I am. RE on Mondays, soccer on Tues, Thurs, Sat thru mid-Oct., dance on Fridays, and karate whenever we can squeeze it in. :sad2:

My kids have opted to do nothing :thumbsup2 No sports, no scouts and so far no other after school activities. This is the first time that I can remember with evenings free (to work). They will do bowling league on Saturday mornings and that starts early in Oct. They will also do snowboarding this winter, but for now we are enjoying the quiet.

It sounds stress related. Didn't the original problem start after your separation with you nearly X? Maybe some sort of anxiety med would help :confused3

Wow. Free time. What's that? Life will slow down here when soccer is over. It's 8 - 10 weeks, depending how far they go post-season.

It was 8 or 9 months after we separated. It originally started with a UTI. I have been researching it on the internet and have found a lot of good info about incontinence in children, especially girls, after a significant period of being potty-trained, day and night. So this makes me feel better that it is not her just being lazy, which I was really wondering about.

:scared1: You need a really good calendar to keep up with that schedule!!!!
I couldn't function without my dry erase 'color coded matrix of life' calendar hanging on my fridge. :rotfl:

Before we got our 1st cat, Gary was very adamant that he did not like cats, nor did he want us to get one. Guess who loves them just as much now  Actually he was the one saying we needed to get another one & I kept saying no, until my friend showed me a picture of Mia. I knew I just had to add her to our family!

Love this one, and I am not a cat fan.

Well I'm going to call it a night. Talk to you all tomorrow.

Love to see what you decide on!

I haven't heard yet. I have been surfing the halloween design thread and I found about 5 that I will present to Bob to see what he will wear.

A friend from work called & gave me a recipe, hopefully tomorrow I will be making some!

Your peach nectar sounds good.

Sorry, Janet! I don't have a recipe for salsa! To me, it's just easier to buy the stuff!

I did spend last night making peach nectar from our tree! Talk about making the house smell good!!!

Hope the time goes quickly for you while Alan is away!

:wizard: That Katie is feeling better & congratulations to your brother.

Well, I'm finally caught up! Chatty weekend!

Not much going on here, except that Alan left this morning for 2 weeks. He is covering a major trial taking place in southern Utah and it is expected to last 2 weeks. Ick!!! I hate it when he's gone that long. Oh well. At least I'll get to see him on the weekends!

My brother is getting married on Saturday, so that will help pass the time! It should be a real production, too! I can't wait to share pictures with you guys! It sounds like it's going to be gorgeous!!!

Biggest news here is that Katie woke up at 5:00 spewing from both ends!!! Poor thing! We got her cleaned up and back to bed, and she's slept the day away. Of course it happens while Alan is gone! I'm just hoping that it bypasses the other kids, or runs its course quickly. Any spare pixie dust would be welcomed!

I love seeing these pictures!

Maybe you could have dinner together & then go your separate ways?

My MIL was over yesterday and said that she and her DH were going to be in FL for Christmas with DH's grandmother and they wanted to come to WDW to see us. Oh man. This isn't good. :headache:

I agree!

Elizabeth I hope you can get things worked out at school for ds :wizard:

Heather - Your new signature pic is cute!:)

I spoke to DS. He had a good day but he has homework from 3 different teachers. DH was stopping at the grocery first, then they were headed home. DS said he told his Social Studies teacher that he has ADD and it is hard for him to write things over and over. He has to write 9 definitions 5 times each. He also said before he switched reading teachers that the teacher gave them classwork that was to draw up MORE of those sheets I printed on the computer for him.:headache: They hadn't used any of the 5 they drew up at home! Not such a big deal now that he isn't in that class, but we have GOT to have our 504 meeting! His modifications are FEDERAL LAW. The teachers don't get to tell him to do these assignments with absolutely no regard for the plan we have in place. He CAN'T spend 3 or 4 hours each night doing homework, and the teachers have no idea what the others have assigned. I don't want him to be able to skate by on things he could do, but they can't ignore his modifications, either.:headache: That's why we have his diagnosis documented. He CAN'T spend 7 hours at school and have 3 or 4 more hours of homework every night. Unacceptable.:sad2:
